Housekeeping will only empty your trash, provide more soap, and remove dirty towels. Housekeeping will NOT make your bed, replenish with clean towels, or give you toilet paper. We had 2 wrapped rolls that we did not touch on our first night. After housekeeping came the morning after - they took the 2 wrapped rolls and once we ran out of our existing roll - we were left to use kleenex tissue paper for the remainder of our stay. For charging $300 a night we expected the basics and were left disappointed. The pool & breakfast were acceptable.

Stayed one night at this property. The hotel is old and outdated. There is a sign about renovations going on, but I didn’t see it. The room was dark, old bedding and carpet. Upon entry it was freezing in the room and I had to turn on the heating unit. Took a while to warm up. The towels were hard and the bathroom old and cold. Had a shower head that didn’t work well and a shower curtain. Not too many choices in this part of Michigan Checkin was fast, efficient, and the staff on duty were friendly. Breakfast offered in the morning was very limited Note: I don’t eat the breakfasts in the hotels, but I take coffee and orange juice or fruit.

Birthday/Dunes trip. First time!!! Will be back! It was first time there; and very clean and well kept hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Only couple things I would change. 1. The binder they give you with the information was completely covered in coffee stains. 2. The event calendar they had in binder was from 2019, so maybe an update on that. 3. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed on the side so the water kept making a huge puddle outside the tub. 4. Maybe keep and extra blanket in room as well.

Nice pool, but busy with classes both swimming and aerobic. People not staying at hotel can swim or come in to use tanning rooms. Staff was friendly. Room average hotel.

We chose this hotel because I knew of the cleanliness they keep their facility. I have stayed here in the past for work for EFF and appreciate the fact that the staff definitely take care of their guests. They are in the process of updating as well and what is completed looks very nice.
