The master bedroom is on the main level with an ensuite bathroom with a private sink & toilet. Bedroom #2 on the main has a king bed that can be converted to two twins upon request. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with private sink & toilet. Both bathrooms also have doors that lead to a shared jack and jill shower room situated between the two bathrooms.
Downstairs has bedroom #3 with a queen bed. Just outside the door is a private half bath with a door that leads to another jack and jill tub and shower room. Bedroom #4 is a bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) - perfect for kids! This outdoor space also has great lake views.
We are just a 15 minutes drive to rent a boat and 1 mile away from the closest local boat ramp to launch your own watercraft. Tie up your boat at our dock! (*Please note our boat will be locked on the lift during most of the year so the covered slip is not available for use*). Had a great few night stay, the layout of the house would be great for bigger families as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and some various spices. Had both keurig and drip coffee maker. Kids had fun playing on the dock and lake. Would bring own fire starter for the fire pit in case of recent rain on firewood/branches around the property. Beds were comfortable (not too firm) and plenty of extra blankets. Place was quiet and at the end of a dead end road; however, there was still a few options for uber eats/doordash delivery as well. Would definitely book again!

This was a great house all the way around. Clean, open floor plan and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed and appliances were modern and clean. The rooms were very comfortable. Grill worked great and the dock was very convenient. We rented a boat for the day and could tie up to the side of the dock without problem. Nice, quiet cove and street. I would definitely rent this again.

Amazing, relaxing stay
We enjoyed this property so much!! We were in town for spring break and to watch some college softball. The property is located in a very quiet area. The kids enjoyed having their own area with living room, hockey table, foos ball, and ping pong. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the dock for fishing. Unfortunately, the weather was a little too cold for swimming. We hope to be back soon!

Fun getaway with family and friends.
Great house setup. Older adults upstairs with younger adults downstairs. Perfect access to the lake for some fishing and island hoping. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fire pit at night was an added bonus as it was still a bit cool. Plenty of tvs to take in the NCAA tournament.
