Overall this is a great hotel with budget price. Complimentary breakfast is average as we get same items like other hotels. Staff is good and helpful. Would recommend this if you have a budget below $100.

Front desk staff seemed pleasant enough. Our first room was scary looking, but Luckily, that room had issues in the bathroom, so I quickly requested a new room. The front desk attendant apologized and quickly issued a new room. The second room wasn't much better, but the bathroom at least worked. I would rather sleep on a park bench or dark alley in any area of Pittsburgh rather than stay at this hotel or probably any hotel in this chain if this acceptable to CHOICE HOTELS!

The first night at this hotel, they didn't have the TV plugged in. Hotel staff didn't clean rooms and we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They "forgot" to hand us clean towels at front desk. A family member went to the front desk because they "forgot" to change our bed sheets and provide clean towels. We put them on the floor because we thought they would change them and provide us with clean towels; however, the same towels have been on the floor since the night before. When my family member asked the front desk for new clean towels and informed them they didn't clean the room for the past two days, the front desk receptionist threw the towels on the front desk and said, "here you go." One of the towels was dirty. My family memeber said, "hey, one of your towels are dirty." The receptionist said, "is this enough and threw the table back on the front desk?" Never before have we encountered a staff that was rude and lazy at the same time. The staff refused to learn proper ediquette and manners. During breakfast time, one of the receptionists was blasting their phone louder than the TV at the breakfast area. No apologies were provided by the receptionist. Clearly, they lack manners as a person. I'd rather spend more money on a nicer hotel further away then come back to this place.

This hotel was very uncomfortable. Bedding had brown and yellow stains and holes throughout the top sheet. Things were falling off the walls, the TV was junky and channels listed weren't available, the lobby smelled rank, and the back door was left unlocked 24/7 while there were people hanging out around the parking lot the entire time we were there. Compared to surrounding hotels this place is definitely a bargain, but so not expect it to live up to it's name. There is no quality here.

Not worth it. Our smoke detector was missing, we had 3 lamps, only 1 had a light bulb. There looked like dried pee on the sink cabinetry. The bathroom floor needed swept. The tub drained slowly.
