The hotel was near the Railway station. Harki Pauri ghat was within 2 KM. Good location for tourists. Clean room.

hotel near to Haridwar railway station & staff behavior is also good. No need to take any vehicle to reach there.

room are not spacious as shown in pics, didn't even offer water at reception while waiting for more than 90 mins, denied for electric cattle for kids, can't sleep in night due to outside light reflection in room

The hotel is located at a central place. The food is excellent. Maintenance is good and staff members are courteous. The gentry which comes to the hotel are middle class and good.

Standard room: noise from AC, lack of proper insulation of sound from road traffic. no provisions for water bottle. Food is expensive compared to market price. Shortage of toiletries, no provision for tooth brush, tooth paste and clean towel considering 02 persons are staying in a given standard room. No tea bags/coffee pouch with room as nowadays it is given free with room service.

The view from the hotel was awesome, staff is good and very polite. clean rooms with all amenities and the best part is the hotel's breakfast buffet.

Room is good,food is not that good ,having average taste ,food price is high.found pillow cover dirty which got changed after request. Drinking water chargeable normal ro water not provided which suppose to provide as normal hospitality process.

Property's had a very close restaurant and the food was very good with reasonable range of price and variety of food. Location is also very next to Haridwar Railway Station. The room of the hotel was very good and well maintained and cleaned.

Verry poor experience for this hotel.No any facilities in room like miniral water,tea-coffee kits & dental -shaving kits.Breakfast too much limited.only one item in breakfast.

paying approx 3500/- per room for 1 day and still not a single complementary water bottle and not even a electric kettle. this shows extracting money from small things. I feel they don't know the meaning of hospitality.

the hotel was very good, rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean. they provided towels and shampoo and soaps as well. The staff were cooperative and its value for money. it is situated near haridwar railway station and you can get auto for all the main sightseeing locations. we had a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed our time there. thanks mmt for showing this hotel.

The room has smoked, smells so I have to change rooms not cleaned properly and I have to make follow up for AC , TV etc
