Great place, staff was very kind.
Has basically everything you need and clean.
Exactly what you'd expect from this type of lodgment.
Only thing was they gave us 2 hand creams instead of 1 + a hand wash, and only shampoo in the shower, no body wash. I'm sure they'd have fixed it had I asked, but I couldn't bother lol

Dirty. That's the first thing that comes to mind. The coffee pot in the room still had an old filter in it. A big long black hair in the bathtub. Our door had a huge gap under it. Hornets were infesting our window and front door, so they were getting into our room via under the door and cracks in the window ledges. When we told the guy who checked us in, he brought a can of bug spray and sprayed our window and door, but no spray was coming out. My husband had to point out to him that the can was empty!!! The guy had to go to the local hardware store to buy more. I don't think he understood good English, anyway. The floor in the room was so filthy that our slippers were black on the soles the next morning. As far as the continental breakfast....DON'T.

We were charged 2 times for the same single stay, one at the lodge and another for "no show"! while we were still at the hotel. One month later they refused to reimburse the wrong payment agter many messages and call! Don't stay in this hotel, worst servce

Room was updated, but bed was metal bottom with noisy springs and terrible mattress.
Never saw staff after check-in and the modest breakfast had two overflowing trash cans, and no staff at counter for checkout.

Comfortable and reasonably priced motel in Hardin. Front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming.

We didn’t even walk into the hotel. We saw the condition of the pool and the appearance of the outside and left immediately. We went across the street and found another hotel. Beware. It was filthy, rundown, and full of unsavory characters loitering outside.
