Harbin Hotels with Pools

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. We manage to get the names of some the staff that helped us. 徐羽彤，马红红，佳琪，周奕涵，秦奇，姜辉 We will definately return again! thank you all

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

The grand design and comfortable room environment of Sofitel Hotel are impressive. The whole hotel gives people a spacious and elegant visual experience, and its architectural style and decorative details show exquisite taste. Entering the room, you will feel a comfortable experience. The bedding is soft and the room facilities are complete. It pays attention to both practicality and warmth of details. Such an environment is undoubtedly a great satisfaction for those who seek comfort and tranquility. The hotel manager Xiaoyu is also warm and hospitable. Whether in terms of atmosphere creation or accommodation experience, it provides a quiet and high-quality living environment.

We had a wonderful stay at Aoluguya, we were treated exceptionally nice the staff was awesome, the F&B manager Frank was there to help and attend to our every needs, the breakfast was amazing we had some yummy baked beans done for us as an extra treat among the other plenty of dishes that were there on the buffet menu, the while two days were absolutely wonderful, our room was spacious and very comfortable for our daughter to run around and play, unfortunately for us our daughter wrote on the wall with a pen and we really felt bad about that incident, but thanks to the amazing efforts that were done by the night duty manager Brian who attended to the situation in a calm and diligent manner he had the issue resolved and made sure that we were still comfortable and well accommodated, the hotel stuff are very friendly warm and welcoming another special thanks also goes to Star at the front desk she was warm and very patient with us during our check in time, my family and I we will definitely come back again for another stay in the near future. This hotel is by far the best the check out time is flex and we did not feel the need to be hurried out of the room, we felt home away from home, everything was top notch!

My stay was great! The room was well designed, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep every night. I especially like the fitness center, which has a full range of equipment to meet my needs for both aerobic and strength training. There is also a swimming pool, which is not very big but can be used to relax muscles and swim after fitness. Check-out is also very easy. The room card is handed in to the front desk, and the payment will be deducted later. It is very convenient. I will choose this place again next time.

The staff at this hotel are very good. Smiling and polite. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is quite lovely. The breakfast buffet was better than we thought it would be, catering to westerns as well. French toast with strawberry sauce was a nice surprise. Great coffee. Spa was nice. Just wish in the winter one could go outside to cool off and come back in to the saunas. I am sure in summer the outside part of the spa would make the experience better. A few of the buttons that turn whirl pool effect on in the pool are broken , but besides that we liked it.
