Harbin Hotels with Wi-Fi

This is a very decent hotel, close to the main tourist area and lots of restaurants within a few hundred metres distance. The room was very warm and clean. The staff were very polite and acted very quickly upon our requests. We didn’t use the cafeteria so we cannot comment on the quality of the food, but it seemed to have quite a comprehensive selection of food even if it was just Chinese style breakfast. For the price you pay, breakfast should be included there was no coffee in the room, only tea. In any case, they were very kind and gave us a small present upon our departure.

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

In the snowy season, encountering this hotel is like finding a warm haven. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff's smile like the warm sun in winter dispelled the chill. Not only did they quickly check me in, but they also thoughtfully sent me a cup of steaming hot tea, which instantly warmed my body and mind. The room is comfortable and tidy, the transportation is very convenient, the hotel robot delivers things very quickly, the breakfast is extremely delicious, and every moment of the time spent here is full of surprises and warmth. Whether it is the hotel's high-quality service, comfortable environment, or the special ice and snow activities and food, I am deeply fascinated. Highly recommended to every traveler who wants to have an unforgettable experience in the ice and snow season.

The hotel staff are very hospitable and meet the needs of the guests. Their sincere smiles and considerate services are not formulaic and stiff at all. Whether it's recommending local niche attractions or restaurants for us, they can handle it with ease. I also recommended an old restaurant called Lao Meng BBQ, which is super delicious and not a surprise. I was very happy and satisfied with the food, accommodation and transportation during my trip to the Northeast. When the Ice and Snow World starts, I will come to Harbin again and stay here again.

Location! Metro Line3 just cross the road , less than 100m. 5 stars service, super clean. Room cleaner did good job. The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful. Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also  she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice and Snow World, very friendly. Good breakfast, all staffs are professional. Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.

I have stayed here many times, and the experience is very good every time. The bedding is high-quality and very comfortable, the temperature is suitable, and the services of each department are very good, especially the ladies in the front office, who are beautiful and enthusiastic, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. The price of one star is four-star quality. I like Ruichen Hotel and I will choose here again when I travel on business in the future.

Advantages: Good location, very close to Shangzhi Street subway station on Line 2, 7.8 minutes walk along Zhaolin Road to Sophia Cathedral, very convenient. If it takes 20 minutes to walk to Central Street, it is recommended to go to the subway station and take one stop. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are both Chinese and Western food, and there is a coffee machine☕️, and both Western and Chinese food taste very good. Breakfast time is 7-9 o'clock. Travelers who like to sleep in should pay attention that it closes at 9 o'clock. It is also very convenient to eat around the hotel, and there are many restaurants. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, the elevator is also very fast, and there are two bottles of water in the room every day. Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively old, the rooms are relatively small, and the sanitary conditions are average. According to the comments, the shower head has a small water output, but we did not encounter it. On the contrary, the shower head has very good water output. Focus on the floor tiles at the entrance of the hotel. I hope to repair them as soon as possible, because the area is large and there are safety hazards. It will be troublesome if someone falls.

My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.
