"Although we stayed in a basement room this time, the Smart Choice King Room we booked was surprisingly well-lit and very spacious. It was impeccably clean every day, completely odor-free, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, contributing to a truly great travel experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near Shangzhi Metro Station, less than a 5-minute walk away. "My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it.
Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.
The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance.

"To be fair, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the entrance of Central Street. It's also very convenient for getting a taxi. The downside is that the rooms are a bit small and old, but that's understandable given the prime location. Overall, it's pretty standard. The 1.35-meter single bed is fine for sleeping with a child. The hotel also provides bed guards, which we didn't need, but some families might find them useful."

"The room was very clean and spacious. We felt so welcomed during our stay. The manager was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure all guests were well taken care of, and was especially warm with the children. My kids love sweets, and when we were checking out, they even gave us a fruit platter. We really appreciate that! The location is fantastic, right on Central Street, close to all the attractions. "I highly recommend this Rujia hotel! The location is absolutely unbeatable, and the service is excellent. If you sign up for their membership, you get 12% off and a complimentary breakfast. The cleaning staff does an amazing job every day, the rooms are spotless. There's no smart home tech, and the TV only allows screen mirroring for specific apps. However, all the facilities and equipment are very new.
The mattress and pillows are made of latex, so you won't sink in and wake up with a backache. Both the bathroom and room are spacious enough, and the bed is large too.
Right outside, there are two bus stops. You can catch a bus right in front of the hotel to Hongzhuan Morning Market. Central Street is within walking distance, and a taxi ride to Harbin Railway Station won't even hit the minimum fare. Downstairs, you'll find the Anjing Street morning and night markets. The hotel is also very close to Central Street, so you'll never have to worry about food options, and transportation is incredibly convenient."

AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient, right on Central Street and close to Jingwei Road, making it easy to get to St. Sophia Cathedral and the museum. The hotel's facilities and equipment are relatively new. I booked a room with a window, and I could see Central Street but it was very quiet. The heating was ample, and the water pressure was good enough. It might be an older building, though, as I could hear the sound of water flowing through the pipes when people upstairs were showering at night, a distinct 'whoosh' sound. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. They also offer dinner and late-night snacks, which were quite good.
However, the cleanliness could use some improvement. When I checked in, there was some trash on the floor, but it wasn't very noticeable, possibly because the patterned tiles made it hard to see. The faucet handle fell off twice, but I put it back on and continued using it. It was within an acceptable range, as I didn't want to switch rooms or have someone come into my room.
If I come back to Harbin, I would definitely stay here again.

MM470361****Staying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

MM525684****This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment the sister who picked me up at the station started helping me, I knew I had made the right choice. She was so kind, helping with my luggage and enthusiastically introducing the hotel, nearby malls, and local snacks. The area around the hotel is incredibly lively, right next to Wanda, with tons of restaurants. It's also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to reach attractions via Lines 2 and 3. The front desk upgraded my room, which was very clean inside. The facilities were excellent and comprehensive, even including a small fridge. Since I'm prone to mosquito bites, I specifically requested an electric mosquito repellent, and the staff promptly brought it up with great enthusiasm. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, but what really stood out was the late-night supper. The sister preparing the supper was incredibly warm; both the hot and sour noodles and the wontons were absolutely delicious. Overall, staying here felt very cozy and welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

The rooms are new. We sadly didn't take photos (cos im terrible at it) but it was exactly as pictured! And our children loved the little surprise of toy shelves we had on the second floor. Superb.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is yummy (non halal, for our Muslim friends out there - but they have toasts, steamed mantou, steamed corn pumpkin, cereals, milk, juice, and even veggie fried rice with veggie side dishes - pls eat at your own discretion).
Ameneties & Location:
1) Washer and Dryer: Can be used 24/7 - for free! This service was super helpful w 4 family members and a cold cold winter in Feb 2025.
2) Zhongyang Street: Just turn left from the hotel, walk straight - past Mixue (on your left) and you'll come to a traffic light on your right. Cross it and you'll see the famous Zhongyang Street entrance
3) Halal restaurant: Turn left from the hotel, walk all the way straight, past the ZY Street traffic light. All the way straight until you see Zhongyang Street Metro Station entrance on your left (after crossing the road). Walk a little further up and you'll see an entrance to the left thats like an open garage (there's Asen Halal Restaurant in there - see attached picture for the sign and add of the restaurant)
Service:
The concierge guys couldn't speak a word of English, yet they are alwayssss ready to assist. Really helpful and friendly. They used a translator app to communicate with us.
Why 4 stars on cleanliness:
Don't get me wrong - it was clean. I just felt it was a little dusty because our room had no windows. But our opp room had windows and the air felt much fresher. Nevertheless, we loved the room. No red flags or anything on cleanliness. So awesome to stay here.

JJoelI recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right.
Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

The Xiyue Hotel was undoubtedly the highlight, truly living up to its name and bringing us much joy. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. Its location is superb, being just about a ten-minute walk from all the main attractions. The self-service laundry room was a great convenience, helping to refresh our travel-worn clothes. The electric massage beds provided much-needed relaxation for our weary bodies after a day of sightseeing. The housekeeping staff were attentive and genuinely warm, ensuring we returned each day from our excursions to a spotless and tidy room.

The bath water is large and the shower shampoo is of good quality. The smart toilet is easy to use, there are many varieties of breakfast, but the sound insulation effect is slightly poor.

We were in the basic room so expectations were low. I would say it satisfy the basic needs in terms of space and amenities. I mean is a decent place to sleep for the location. However, the room is really small, a bit cold, old and pretty much falling apart here and there.
Bed was good, comfortable and soft. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear everything going around. However, we were lucky to not have many guests around.
Wifi was horrible and slow.
Reception was great and the staff at the entrance has been friendly and available with any requests.
For the low score to service it is meant to the cleaning. Room was still dirty on the angles when we arrived. Soups were never refilled in the bathroom (not even the hand ones) and we had to ask everytime to get a refill. Feels like cleaning lady entered, put the cover on the bed back in order and left without caring much on whatever was needed to be refilled or cleaned in the room. Barely touching the bottom of the job.
Anyway back again, low expectations, decent room, great location. Satisfy the basic requirements and if you get it for a low price might be worth it.

The owner Mr Wang is an amazing cook and we opted to have dinner here every night. We are foreigners and I don’t speak Mandarin well and I was worried it would be a problem. But we were made so welcome, and others in the guesthouse joined us for dinner and drinks. The owner’s family was staying from Beijing and they spoke great English and soon we felt like family too. Mr Wang can help get ski tickets and with tickets to see the Pandas and he can also recommend many places to see in Yabuli. We stayed for 3 nights and could stay longer. Mr Wang will also drive you to the ski resort and the train station if you need it. The skiing is also good. Decent slopes for any level and fun for a couple of days. Yabuli is a lovely town to spend time and this guest house is the perfect place to enjoy some real hospitality in the north-east of China. We hope to come back!
