The hotel location is very close to the west train station and also airport shuttle bus station.

The room was clean and spacious. All the fittings in the room are new. The location was excellent, just 400m away from the train station. The only complaint about the hotel is their lift is very slow and crowded.

Hotel is near at the train station and good location. Very convenient to go out the city.

Changed to this hotel after a bad experience with the one previously booked and immediately felt a positive difference. The rooms are in one building shared by different hotel and the lobby in a separate building just few meters away. The hotel is very closed (5 minutes walking) from the Harbin West Railway Station and related subway stop. Definitely a good choice comparing the quality/price ratio considering we stayed there during the Chinese new Year holidays.

Big Room, lovely staff Good Facilities

the hotel location from station by walk 8min . only near west station and 2 min many restaurant for food . the hotel lobby not really convenient taxi cannot get in to lobby we need carry luggage out by walk need . others is ok easy to get taxi by online .

Due to some reasons, the original hotel did not allow me to stay, and I was really angry at the time! The customer service guy of Ctrip was also very serious and responsible, helping me solve the problem! I met this hotel later. The manager was very good. Seeing that I was alone with the child, he also gave us breakfast. The cleaning aunt was very friendly. We left something when we checked out, and she helped us put it away. The front desk helped us mail it back! I stayed in Xuexiang and Harbin for 5 days and met all kinds of enthusiastic people. Thank you very much! I am not a person who is willing to write reviews, so I attach photos I took myself! I hope everyone will meet the friendliness of Harbin like me!

The room is spacious and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, the location is excellent and convenient for travel: the hotel is located next to the Harbin-Xi'an High-speed Railway, and there are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment around it, which is super convenient! It is quiet and easy to sleep at night, with good sound insulation. I had a good night's sleep and was full of energy the next day!
