Overall, the stay was fine. Breakfast was different each day, which was nice, and you can request items like toothbrushes and razors. However, despite being told they would deliver, we always had to pick them up at the front desk. Our room's window faced an indoor area, so there was no view.

Location in the heart of the city in walking distance to many great places including the Grand Bazar. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sehrazat at reception even granted us a late check out at 4 pm free of charge! We really appreciated it because our flight left late in the evening. Breakfast is tasty and lots of food available. Big TV in the room with lots of channels in many languages. A great hotel with amazing staff in a perfect location!

First I want to thank Eren the young man working at the hotel for being so kind and helpful during our stay at the hotel. The hotel is very central in the old town and loads of bars and restaurants to pick from. Everything is very clean and modern. Good gym as well. Overall good hotel for the price.
