Love the hotel . Love the ambiance and of course the helpful staff . They willingly to send out breakfast in the rain to our villa. Much appreciated and thankful .

It was good stay . We friends went and enjoyed a lot . It is spacious thought breakfast was not having veg options

How do i begin... We arrived by grab to the resort. Contacted the front desk as advised by the driver who previously dropped customers there. The front desk informed she would call again but did not. We called her again multiple times and finally got through. She asked us to go to the front desk. She did not call for help with our luggage after my sister informed her that we have 2 heavy luggage. The pool wasn't filtered, the couch had stains and cat scratches (with the appearance of cats on the 2nd day). The bathtub had stains. The espresso machine was dirty. We chose it because a malaysian celebrity boasted about it but i guess they didn't keep the cleanliness level. The staff above did not inform our breakfast time to the kitchen for the next morning so we had to call when it did not arrive. I had food poisoning on the 2nd day after eating one of the hotdog roll, as i was the only one who ate it. We called for room service but it seems like they hardly swept the place and the bathtub stain was still there. Overall disappointing stay. Thank god my parents didn't come along.

The villa is in a quiet kampung place beside Rice field. I have a great time at Jebat room. Recomended for family fatgering with pools and bbq pit.

Resort was awesome, service also good.
