Very close to the subway station Shangzhi Street. The room I booked is a bit small. I especially don't like the design of the sink outside the bathroom. The bathroom and bathing place are small. TV operation is very convenient. Breakfast is very rich. A few steps from Sofia Church, Tuncage Market, Harbin Museum and Central Street. If you have any questions, the bass decoration noise around 6 am is very annoying. The next room opened Mai Chat in the morning and smoked very badly.

Great Location & Wonderful Housekeeping Service The location of this hotel is excellent—right on Zhongyang Street and also close to the Songhua River. However, it’s a bit of a walk from the airport bus drop-off point. If you’re not carrying a large suitcase, the walk is quite manageable. The check-in experience wasn’t the best, as I didn’t find the male receptionist particularly welcoming. However, the female staff members were much more attentive. The room was clean, smelled nice, and felt very comfortable. What really stood out to me was the housekeeping staff—especially a short-haired lady who was incredibly kind and genuinely attentive. She even made an effort to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name. Another staff member, a female receptionist with glasses, was also very helpful during check-out. I had quite a few questions, and she, along with two other female receptionists on duty at the time, took great care of me. And I have to mention the little delivery robot—I absolutely loved it! Such a fun and convenient touch. Overall, despite a small hiccup at check-in, my stay was very pleasant. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

the hotel location from station by walk 8min . only near west station and 2 min many restaurant for food . the hotel lobby not really convenient taxi cannot get in to lobby we need carry luggage out by walk need . others is ok easy to get taxi by online .

When booking a room, my only requirement was a clean room, so I specifically booked a hotel that had only just opened 25 years earlier. Overall, the hotel facilities were fine. I booked a room with a window, which was nice. However, there was one thing that really stood out: I found blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases. At first, I only noticed a small stain on the pillowcase, so I asked customer service to change it. They didn't say anything. After the concert, I returned to the room and unwrapped the covers to find blood stains on the sheets. I was devastated, but the housekeeping staff had already left work, so I asked front desk to bring the sheets and we could change them ourselves. They didn't say anything. The most frustrating thing was that it was already midnight, and customer service made us wait nearly half an hour for the sheets to arrive. Don't you even check the beds carefully before making them? Or did they forget to change the bedding after the previous guest left? What a flaw! Even the best service was completely negated by this!
