My favorite is the laundry room at home. It is especially convenient to come back to wash and dry clothes every day in summer. The environment is very good, the room is very clean, especially the staff is very good. This small street next to home has a similar small morning market every morning, buy some fruits, vegetables, and breakfast. Blueberries are 10 yuan a catty.

Changed to this hotel after a bad experience with the one previously booked and immediately felt a positive difference. The rooms are in one building shared by different hotel and the lobby in a separate building just few meters away. The hotel is very closed (5 minutes walking) from the Harbin West Railway Station and related subway stop. Definitely a good choice comparing the quality/price ratio considering we stayed there during the Chinese new Year holidays.

Advantages: The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway nearby, and it is easy to get a taxi. It is very close to Songhua River and Central Avenue, and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It is also very fast to go to Volga Manor and Siberian Tiger Park. The attitude of the hotel staff is also good. Disadvantages: The hygiene of the room is average, and the room is very small. Anyway, I can't accept it. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never had this feeling. On the first night, I took off my shoes and packed my luggage in socks. My socks were black. I wiped them several times with my own wet wipes, and they were all black. Thinking that it is difficult to book a hotel during the Spring Festival, I was too lazy to change. The next day I went out to ask for cleaning, and when I came back, I found that the sheets had not been changed because there was a place that I accidentally stained. The shower room drains very slowly. After washing for a while, the water can cover the back of the foot. You can't wash for a long time, otherwise it will overflow to the toilet. During the Spring Festival, the room price is not cheap, at least the corresponding service should keep up. I had a lot of fun on this trip, but the hotel stay experience was not very good. I felt that I couldn't relax when I went back after playing tired. I hope it can be improved.

The front desk is very polite and friendly. The location is right out of the subway station. The disposable items in the room including paper towels and wipes are very good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good. It would be better if the guests can be proactively informed that there is a laundry room on the third floor.

Room was spacious, location is best. 1 minute walk to zhong yang pedestrian street. Also walking distance to song hua river. However, some of our room’s toilet was super smelly, until they changed one of our room. Its a little bit annoying but overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
