The service is really bad. In such a big hotel, there is only one food delivery robot, and it is very slow to deliver a takeaway. It took half an hour for the takeaway to be delivered to the front desk, but I was really speechless. In the end, I went down to get it myself, otherwise I didn’t know when I would be able to eat it. The battery of the TV remote control was out of power. I called the front desk and was told that a robot would deliver it soon. However, there was no battery until I left the store. When I went out in the afternoon, I told the front desk that the room needed to be cleaned. When I came back two hours later, it was still the same as before. It was not the check-out time at that time. I don’t know what the housekeeping was busy with.

Great location! Turn right out of the hotel and you're just a few steps from a fast-food restaurant. The subway station is less than a minute's walk away, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, bus station, Qiulin Company, and Songlei Commercial Building. The hygiene is also good; I asked for a new towel late at night and it was handled within minutes. If I had to pick something, the soundproofing isn't perfect, and the TV was a bit laggy, but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience.

It's very good. I book this hotel when I go out for fun. The price is right. It's just outside the subway. It's very convenient. There are restaurants around and it's very convenient to eat. There's a night market just a few steps away. The service is good and the environment is good. There's free laundry on the fifth floor. You can also check in early. The aunt cleaned it very well and the room was very comfortable. The front desk service was also very helpful. A small robot delivered food, the elevator entered and exited by swiping your card, and there was also a free parking lot.

The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. Excellent value for money – definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations!

Fantastic hotel experience! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and all facilities were complete and working perfectly. The staff were very enthusiastic, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. It offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The service is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and the amenities are very new. It's a great choice, and the breakfast is also fantastic. Definitely worth recommending!

The service is particularly thoughtful. The environment is also first-class in Hulan District. The newly opened hotels are clean and new. It is highly recommended to live. I stayed for two consecutive days. I will come next time. The breakfast is also very rich and very good.

The room was clean, had a smart toilet, and robot food delivery. It was spacious enough for one person with a large suitcase. Across from the hotel was a small, trendy green train-style barbecue restaurant. There were also plenty of other options nearby, like Heytea, cake shops, and spicy hot pot restaurants. There were two subway stations within 200 meters. The hotel rooftop even had a Russian-style chapel design, which looked quite interesting.

The hotel is easy to find, right on the roadside, next to the market. It doesn't have its own parking lot, so parking is very inconvenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. It's very close to MixC shopping mall, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options, including fruit.

We chose this hotel for a one night layover, as it is conveniently located on the opposite side of the AirPort Express Bus stop. It is also not far from Harbin railway station and the metro line 2 (10 min walk) from there you can reach most sightseeing spots, but in Harbin there is always some walking included. Taking a Didi is very cheap though. The first hotel room we were given had a very strong smoking smell, for non smokers unbearable. And this even though I specifically asked for a non-smoker room. After reassigning us a new room, the door card didn’t work. Had to go down to lobby again to get some assistance. The food robot overriding the elevator all the time didn’t make it easier. So all in all the check in process took nearly 40 minutes. Not good. Staff was friendly though. The second room also had a light smoking smell, but after opening the windows bearable. The room was clean and had all necessary equipment. Nothing special though as expected in this price category. All in all the visit was a 3/5 and without the check in troubles could have been a 4/5
