The overall decor was minimalist yet stylish, with harmonious color schemes creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. All the facilities in the room were new and complete, with a smart lighting system that allowed me to adjust brightness and color temperature to my liking. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress was just right – not too hard, not too soft – ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, with a stable and fast hot water supply. The toiletries were not only high-quality but also had a subtle, elegant fragrance. The service was absolutely impeccable. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the thoughtful care from the housekeeping staff, every detail made me feel incredibly welcome. When they learned I was visiting for tourism, the staff even proactively offered detailed travel guides and local food recommendations, which were very useful. Moreover, the hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, including a subway station and bus stops. This made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing or business. The surrounding area was well-equipped with amenities like convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. On my previous trip to Harbin, I stayed at a Hanting Hotel on Central Street. This time, I came specifically for the Ice and Snow World and chose the Hanting brand again. I opted for this high-rise Hanting Hotel near Harbin Railway Station, located on floors 24-29 of the Hushi Building. After taking the Harbin Station Express from the airport, it's just a short walk to the hotel entrance. You need to take one elevator directly to the lobby on the 24th floor, and after checking in, take another elevator to your room floor. The elevators require a key card. I specifically booked a superior king room because I wanted a room with a window. Initially, I was given a corner room, but there were some issues with it, so I was moved to a room on the other side. The hotel's decor shows its age, which is quite obvious in the bathroom; the sink is very low and not ideal for taller people. The main reason for the initial room change was that the shower water overflowed. The new room also had a similar issue, but it wasn't as significant, and everything else was quite good. The room layout is very regular, and the windows have double panes, providing good sound insulation. Although there's an elevated road outside, once the windows are closed, there's no noise. The new room even offered a view of trains entering Harbin Station. Breakfast is on the 29th floor, with about 20 different items, and the taste was decent. Food deliveries are handled by robots, which call you when they arrive at your door. Even though I encountered some initial room issues, the front desk staff were all very helpful and tried their best to resolve them. In the mornings, hotel staff would greet me in the elevator, so the service here is definitely good. 👍

The service is really bad. In such a big hotel, there is only one food delivery robot, and it is very slow to deliver a takeaway. It took half an hour for the takeaway to be delivered to the front desk, but I was really speechless. In the end, I went down to get it myself, otherwise I didn’t know when I would be able to eat it. The battery of the TV remote control was out of power. I called the front desk and was told that a robot would deliver it soon. However, there was no battery until I left the store. When I went out in the afternoon, I told the front desk that the room needed to be cleaned. When I came back two hours later, it was still the same as before. It was not the check-out time at that time. I don’t know what the housekeeping was busy with.

This is last minute booking. Surprisingly the hotel is on really good location which u can get Airport transport bus right in front of hotel, less than 1 min walk👍 also there is a shopping mall across the street. Should mentioned the staff there are really friendly & helpful. Hotel also provided complimentary laundry service, self service. Definitely would recommend to someone!

The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning. I checked in in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were very patient and helpful. When I went to the front desk to get some water, the lady at the restaurant was also very enthusiastic and filled my bottle completely. It was a very comfortable experience.

All the facilities in the room are brand new, the bedding and toiletries are with a faint fragrance, the tabletop and bathroom corners are spotless, even the floor is bright and reflective, there is no smell of new decoration at all, and it is particularly safe to live. Simple and bright design style, with soft and comfortable bedding, return to the room in the cold Harbin, instantly unload the fatigue of the journey, full of warmth. The service is impeccable! The front desk staff was super kind and communicated very smoothly. We put forward the need to delay check-out, and agreed to delay until 14:00 without saying anything. The whole process was efficient and intimate, without any pushovers, so that we felt warm when we were away. As a chain brand, the facilities of the new store are also very complete, the smart equipment is convenient to use, the heating supply is super sufficient, and the details are full. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, whether it is to go to the attractions to check in or for food around, the price is directly full! The hotel has a great location, situated in a central part of Harbin's old town, next to Line 2 subway station and very close to the subway. The hotel service was excellent; the receptionists were all very welcoming, and their homemade candied hawthorns were delicious. The room was clean and warm, but there was a slight odor, possibly due to the underfloor heating being on.

Opened in 2023, the facilities are brand new and the room amenities feel modern, with automatic curtains and robot service. The breakfast was delicious, combining both northern and southern flavors. Since there's no subway from Harbin to the airport, it's super convenient that the airport shuttle is right across from the hotel. I'll definitely stay at this Hanting Hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

It is far from the city, and the nearest subway station is more than 4 kilometers away, suitable for self-driving travel or passing by. The hotel did not say that parking was provided, but many cars in the open space in front of the door were parked, and there was no place to come late. When the front desk opened the room, I asked if I was on the 2nd floor. Did I ask noisy? Then decisively arranged for me to the tail room on the 5th floor, but fortunately I had a response. The hotel is newly renovated and has a taste of decoration. After the check-in, the window is opened for an afternoon, and it can be smelled when I sleep at night. The overall quality of the waiter needs to be improved. The overall 4 points are to see the face of Hanting.
