Echarm Plus Hotel Hotels in Harbin

After much deliberation before my trip to Harbin, I finally settled on this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right outside and shared bicycles readily available. It's also just a short walk to Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and the Flood Control Memorial Tower. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a great feature. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and helpful; even though there are a few steps leading to the elevator, they proactively offered assistance with luggage. Breakfast was decent. I hope they can increase the variety of pastry and bread items, perhaps replacing some of the pre-made ones like *baozi* (steamed buns) and *huajuan* (steamed twisted rolls) with local specialties such as *Lieba* (Russian bread). A couple of minor downsides were the absence of milk and limited seating. A lovely touch was the complimentary daily afternoon tea and a comforting late-night porridge (made with millet and rice), which was very soothing. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
