Hotels with Breakfast in Harbin

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

The hotel appearance is OK. However, we were not satisfied with the cleanliness. The hotel needs to improve its hygiene and the daily cleaning of the rooms. Additionally, we didn't like the fact that the laundry service has an additional cost. The booking app made us believe the laundry service was free but it wasn't. Furthermore, we had to download an app to use the washing machine and dryer, which was another inconvenience since one of our cellphones was not compatible with the app. The location of the hotel is not very convenient if you are using a car. If you are walking, then it's OK since the metro is not far.

Good location. 10 mins walking distance to Zhong Yang pedestrian street. Breakfast spread is delicious. Friendly counter staff. Comfortable bed. FOC fruit basket available in the room. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Will stay again in my next Harbin trip.

I am a southern potato. It is my first time to visit Erbin with my family. A friend recommended this hotel to me, so I booked the New Paris Hotel online in advance. I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The environment of the guest rooms and the sanitary services are very good. The transportation is convenient. Line 2 at the door leads to various attractions. You can eat Northeastern food in the Chinese restaurant without leaving the hotel. The Western restaurant also has free breakfast. There is also a Western buffet in the evening. The taste is delicious, the dishes are rich, and there are various small desserts. I will come to Erbin next time and I will book this hotel next time

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm. My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often. I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service. The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is ideal. Very close to the zhongyang pedestrian street and the river where you can partake in snow activities. The size of our room was perfect for a family of five and the floor heating worked great. Lots of places to eat nearby and convenient waimai delivery straight to our room. If visiting the harbin ice festival would recommend staying here rather than in songbei where there is nothing nearby.

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

The room is comfortable and tidy, the transportation is very convenient, the hotel robot delivers things very quickly, the breakfast is extremely delicious, and every moment of the time spent here is full of surprises and warmth.
