The hotel just got renovated, and the lobby looks great! Unfortunately, the rooms still feel old, with worn-out furniture and carpets. Service at the restaurant and for room service was really slow too. Definitely lots of room for improvement.

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

略有點年代感，浴缸的水泛黃，但是又確實是當地最好的酒店。早餐不錯，但前台不能換零錢。津巴布韋出租車司機都假裝沒零錢不找零。

Had lunch at the Pool Bar. It’s a hidden gem and we loved every single bit of the experience. Service was efficient and the lovely Chef Kader prepared the best butter chicken I’ve had in a while ! Definitely my go to place for Indian cuisine now
