酒店就在山上，訂酒店還送龍頭山景區門票來回索道套票，冬天去滑雪住這裏就很方便了，衹是我們清明節去的，上面光禿禿，不能滑雪也不能滑草。。。
酒店環境還不錯，餐廳晚上可以點餐，味道和份量都不錯。

房間確實很乾凈。一個房間有2份早餐，這在沒地方吃飯的山上，確實實惠；不足的是晚餐還要我們自己線下掃碼點餐，建議你們是不是可以做成網上的自助。順便再説一句，你們個別員工的業務能力是不是有些太差，完全沒有搞懂“到酒店的纜車和門票需不需要提前預約”這一條。

首先房間被子上都能有小動物的腳印，不知道是前一個客人蓋完沒洗，還是房間裏有小動物，還有血跡，床墊上尿漬明晃晃的印着；其次山上同樣的雲上酒店，大堂裏暖暖的，而這個酒店沒有暖氣冷的和你呆在室外一樣必須躲在被子裏，給個電褥子還是單人的；最後，服務方面想多要一床被子告知沒有，説被子上有污漬讓更換，老闆説要去員工宿舍拿一床！總結大家千萬不要來這找氣受！！！

下纜車後遇見登山電梯維修，我們帶着兩個行李箱，電梯工作人員告訴我們可以打電話讓酒店開車來接，可是我們打電話酒店卻説沒有車，兩次電話才有人來接，接我們的酒店工作一臉不耐煩，到酒店後我跟他説謝謝，他卻頭也不回，然後他給我們辦理入住，一直都是滿臉的不耐煩，辦完後我再次跟他説謝謝，他同樣頭都不抬一下。入住後，下來買礦泉水，一個工作人員説4元一支，一個説5元一支。我真的是很無語，這樣的服務，估計住過一次絕不會再住第二次！

預訂了好幾間客房，每間客房都是瀰漫著臭味（下水道混馬桶的味道）。當晚是沒辦下山了，湊活了一晚。第二天起來衣服都是臭味… 家庭作坊式的酒店，衞生特別差，由於是暑期3點半了房子都沒好。上樓看見客房員工把一排房子的床單布隨意扔在地上…
遭遇這狀況後，返回來看之前客人點評。原來客房臭的問題店家一直都沒改…畢竟是一次性生意，坑一個是一個。

It is not recommended to stay. The breakfast is very simple, just two dishes, a hot and sour potato shreds with cabbage, steamed buns, rice porridge and soy milk, and an egg per person. There is nothing for the children to eat, and there is nothing for the adults to eat. I will not stay there a second time.
