酒店硬件其實非常不錯，但是管理經營水平極差。前台除了一位剛來的戴眼鏡的漂亮妹妹比較熱情和藹，其它要麼麻木不仁，要麼無精打采，要麼毫不專業。衞生還不錯，床品不錯。但是樓下道路徹夜車流不斷，讓人根本無法入睡。最可惡的是酒店直接把中央空調關閉，連通風扇都開不了。為了減少樓下噪音衹能關閉所有窗户，但房間又不通風，燥熱憋悶讓人一夜都沒睡好。這充分説明這家酒店對於客人的福祉完全漠不關心。早餐也是極其難吃，所有員工沒有一個有服務行業工作人員的起碼素質和與顧客溝通的能力。

幾乎是我在等着前台接待和我打招呼，服務意識可見一斑。衞生間擦手小方巾都已經昏暗無比了還在堅持上崗，真是無語。淋浴房地面滿是黃垢已不好清除，總之一般般。

位置很好，出高速就是，離漢源湖也近，早餐還行中規中舉，酒店價格小貴，附近吃的不多，漢源縣房子都是在山上，爬坡上坎路不是很好走，漢源縣物價感覺也不便宜

23年開業的一家酒店，回程路過歇了一晚，跟着導航直接到酒店，有地面和地下停車場，酒店就在江邊，可以看到遠處的雪山，酒店房間寬敞，衞生間很大，床品新且乾淨，説實話就這個價位來説硬件設施真的很好，早餐不錯，味道可口。因為下午到的早想出去逛逛，前台小姐姐熱心給了出租車師傅的電話讓我們隨時聯繫，還介紹了旁邊一家魚館，晚餐我們在這家魚館吃的花椒魚，沒想到味道驚艷了我們

酒店服務也太看人下菜了，
入住完第二天離開酒店，早上在大堂門口停車上行李箱。一個戴眼鏡的保安過來讓快點走，剛好我行李也裝好了，好好給他説我這就走。那保安居然莫名其妙的兇人。
