這次入住體驗非常令人失望。原本預訂的是特價房，到達後卻被告知沒有窗户，要想更換有窗户的房間需補 100 元差價。懷着對有窗户房間的期待，我接受了補差價，但當我真正入住後，才發現所謂的接近 500 元房價的民宿房間竟如此狹小，完全出乎我的意料。房間裏床鋪、桌椅、窗户等各類設施擠在一起，人根本無法舒展開來，活動都顯得侷促，這種空間感帶來的壓抑讓人一進房間就心生不滿。
再者，房間內部的設施也讓人感到不盡人意。連最基本的洗澡用的塑料拖鞋都沒有配備，入住後想使用拖鞋還得額外向客房服務索要。當向客房服務提出需求時，得到的迴應衹是簡單的一句“沒有”，讓人感到態度極為敷衍，毫無解決問題的誠意。沒有拖鞋，衹能光腳去洗澡，這種不便和窘迫直接影響入住心情。而且，床單上還殘留着毛髮，看着就讓人覺得不舒服，感覺房間的清潔工作也沒做好，這怎麼能讓人安心入住呢？
除了房間本身的問題，酒店電梯的情況也讓人印象深刻，但絕不是好的印象。電梯的裝修保護尚未拆除，整個電梯看着雜亂無章，像是一個未完工的工地，與正常運營酒店應有的整潔規範完全不符，讓人懷疑酒店的管理是否規範，對住客的重視程度也令人懷疑。
總的來説，這次入住體驗極差，房間空間狹小、設施配備不齊全、衞生打掃不到位、服務不到位以及酒店公共區域管理的混亂，都讓我對這家民宿徹底失去信心，不會再有下次入住的打算，並且也不推薦給其他人。
希望民宿方能正視這些問題，對房間設施、服務及公共區域的管理等方面做出切實改進，提升整體住宿品質。

這個民宿強烈推薦給大家，整個入住過程特別愉快，房間的佈局也是我很喜歡的風格，很是簡約清新 ，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，陽台視野望出去就是雲霧繚繞的大山，非常滿意的一次入住，體驗感拉滿。
老闆人非常nice，臨走時我們遇到點小意外，老闆幫我們聯繫修車行，很耐心熱情好客，滿分推薦，必須好評！

老闆肯定是懂設計的，用心的，並對生活品質有要求的，接待的幾位也很熱情大方，應該其中是有老闆的吧。因為上午就到了，也很貼心的同意我們提前11：30入住，非常感謝。
金可兒床墊 床品 洗護四件套 都很有質感。（職業習慣特意關注了下牙刷，都是有品質標準的）大堂香氛的味道也好聞。這是我住過的品牌酒店裡麪加好點的民宿裏面窗紗算有品質的吧。
車子可以直接停在民宿門口，保安大叔應該是小區物業的，都非常有禮貌（PS：話説九襄各餐飲店的服務態度都很好，不需要標準的Sop,但是就是讓人舒服，親和力俱佳。）
一樓有個花房真的是不要太好看。頭晚上下雨了晨起小區裏面走簡直不要太舒服。
每年都要來九襄，第一次找到比較滿意的住處。
最後提幾個小建議.
1.親子標間一般都是父母帶娃的，可以提前放置小童牙刷，牙膏，小童拖鞋。2套牙具肯定是不夠的。
2.親子房帶娃兒礦泉水可以多準備兩瓶
3.茶几上非常貼心的放了小紙條寫上是給小朋友準備的零食，那麼零食可以直接放在旁邊獲得小朋友的喜愛。（我們房間忘了放，後面去前台問了，應該是我們出去了沒放進去，後面前台有打電話確認。）這些細節都可以轉化ota好評。
4.有免費的迷你吧和早餐套餐.很方便，但飲品一定要注意臨期品控。
最後祝老闆生意興隆，看着酒店整體挺好的，小細節不影響大方向，評分居然沒到5分.。特來絮絮叨叨評論一番,給老闆沖五份的路上加把勁❤✔️
