老闆很熱情， 房間乾淨衞生，窗户隔音很好，可惜房間門隔音很差。
其他住户在夜晚十一點遇到問題，與老闆在門口交涉很久，吵的沒法入睡。
熱水器出的是温水，温度和體温差不多，完全沒辦法洗澡。

設施都很齊全，房間寬敞舒適；因為是帶小朋友，所以比較注重衞生，入住後確實也覺得房間很整潔衞生；老闆也很熱心。下次去九襄還會選擇這家。
