RRyanShanghaiA truly fantastic stay! We can't fault this hotel. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish.
The hotel itself is spotless and very well-kept. What really stood out, however, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and valued.
The location is ideal for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, with everything within easy walking distance. We particularly loved being just a short stroll from the lake, allowing for a beautiful morning walk each day.
We also made time to visit the spa, which was a lovely and relaxing treat.
Overall, a brilliant hotel that we would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

GGuest UserI request to upgrade the Deluxe Room with balcony to the Premier Suite with balcony for two nights that incur a charge fee of 710,000 Vietnamese Dong. On the rooftop, there are impressive views of aircraft flying towards the airport and lining up to depart from the airport.
The hotel staff are friendly and have added chairs to the rooftop for plane-spotters' convenience. Here, guests can shoot photos of aircraft flying past the hotel more comfortably.
Access to the hotel from the Domestic terminal is by car at Door E5 but since the door was spoilt, I waited for the car at Door E4 before crossing the lane to wait for the hotel driver and board the car.

DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.

GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

The bedroom was tastefully decorated in a modern and comfortable style, with a large, comfortable bed, soft lighting, and spotlessly clean facilities. I particularly liked the small details—the fresh scent of the sheets and the thoughtful arrangement of toiletries made the room feel welcoming. The location was another plus, as the hotel is within walking distance of major landmarks, public transport, and several lovely cafes. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. However, what truly made the experience special were the staff. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. For example, when I arrived earlier than expected, the receptionist arranged for an early check-in and offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that combined comfort, an ideal location, and warm hospitality.
