Truth be told, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vacanza Premier Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved the simple morning breakfast and baggage storage services, which really enhanced the experience. The location was perfect close to cafes, restaurants, shops and train street making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The hotel location is good, 2 streets away from the night market streets. A lot of food and things to buy nearby. The room is clean, reception service is good.

Very good location (old quarter, close to most of the attractions if you walk and easy to get transport if you book). The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, with a variety of western and Vietnamese options. The staff was very kind and helpful!

The hotel staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was simple but good. The hotel was considerate enough to accommodate our request for change of booking dates due to travel plan changes because of the storm. They assisted us in booking a ride from the airport, and to and from the incense village. Correct choice in our hotel selection!

Great hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter. The location is perfect for Hanoi, you are able to walk to any of the major attractions. The room with the balcony was amazing. Seeing it is in the middle of the Old Quarter, the minute you step outside you experience Hanoi! Breakfast food was satisfying and all you need for a full day of walking, they make fresh eggs, pancakes, noodles upon requests. Staff were very friendly and always said hello. Expecially Tim at the front desk, he was always helping someone. Great hotel, could not recommend it enough!

Hotel crew was very hospitable and accommodating. They even accepted our request to modify our booking due to an emergency that delayed our arrival/check in time. The amenities were generously replenished and all were neatly prepared. The internet speed was good, too! Our overall experience during our stay was awesome! Thank you, Vacanza Premier Hotel! The hotel looks new. It is clean and modern with elevator. At check in, staff assisted with carrying our luggage. We came late as we were unable to book a grab to the hotel from the train station. Grab app cannot locate the address. We ended up walking to the hotel but it was really nice that the hotel upgraded our room to supreme premium room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent as well. Besides the spread of food, there is also a menu. Overall a comfortable nice hotel that we would go back.

Hotel is located in the center, so easy to get access to grab, taxis and etc. Breakfast has decent choices, love the fresh juices every morning!

Enjoyed our stay, the hotel is located on the centre of Old Quarter which accessible to all the streets and attractions nearby. The walking distance to many tourisy places like Banh Mi 25, St Joseph Cathedral and etc. Breakfast was good too, a taste of their local dishes/meal.

A well located boutique hotel, we stayed over twice before & after our Ha Long Bay cruise: two standard rooms, and latter a family room. All rooms are decent size and within walking distance to key attractions. The staff are always helpful when called upon. I was rushing to the airport and felt bad I didn’t leave a tip! Only complaint, one room shower at level 3 is not hot but we end up using the other room … This hotel is so within proximity, sometimes it’s hard to get a Grab sometimes; walking a block or two will be quicker to call a ride!!

This hotel was great. Clean and such friendly staff. They made banana pancakes for the kids for breakfast. Were helpful to store bags all day until out pick up time. Totally recommend
