We stayed all our 4 nights at Hanoi Art Hotel. The Aircon is cold, the room is big, the beds are comfy. Very convenient to all food and shopping in old quarters

Great and friendly, I should family staff at the reception the gentleman who checked in us he is a professional and I would like to thanks him on behalf of both of us, great location for any activities we been looking forward to seeing it.

Awesome stay ! They had a big screen with netflix ps4 and other entertainment in the rooms ! With a balcony with a view . Everywhere is walking distance . Everything stated is accurate and i can vouch for it ! Lived like a king for 2 nights .

Location is a bit tricky to find, but actually after we find the location as in the maps it’s still go a bit to find. Room was very nice actually

Great location to explore The Old Town in Ha Noi for really good price. Nearby Ta Hien Street and Hoan Kiem Lake. Police staff and cozy room ❤️

In the heart of the Old Quarter in a colonial building in a semi hidden alley. It has an elevator and all the creature comforts in a traditional style. Best part is the spacious the balcony in my room. Some of these buildings in the old quarter may lack an elevator. But this place checks all the boxes.

This hotel is located in a great location, though it could get noisy at times with all sorts of activities still going till the early morning.

Great customer service special from mr.min and other guy in the morning who help a lot from booking my sapa trip ...I will recommend these hotel . unfortunately the a/c was not cold enough in our room 202 .we have to use the fan the whole nice to get about cold since it was so hot the day we stayed..
