Normal hotel. Breakfast also normal. Overall is clean. Not quiet

Overall, I found the services at this hotel to be generally acceptable. However, travelers should be aware that the hotel only offers dining options for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, you’ll likely need to walk about 17 minutes to Indochina Plaza Hanoi, which offers a wide variety of choices. Alternatively, you can dine within the hotel areas in the evening, but be prepared to communicate in Vietnamese, as English may not be widely spoken by the dinner staff. One other point to note: the bedding covers and pillowcases appear quite worn and would benefit from an update.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I was really impressed by the staff's helpfulness and friendliness. They recommended a delicious restaurant, pointed me to the nearest ATM, and even guided me to the nearby night market, all while setting directions on my Google Maps. I had a bad experience with an overpriced taxi from the airport, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they quickly arranged a much cheaper driver for my return to the airport the next day. Nice and quiet to stay. Breakfast was only serve by one waitress and que took so long.Then I just skip it. Otherwise all fine.

The interior was stylish. The reception staff were friendly and there was someone who spoke Japanese. Amenities were well-equipped, including bathrobes and conditioner. The toilet trash can lid was broken and the shower water didn't drain properly and stayed on the toilet side, but it was clean enough for a solo stay. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I'd like to stay there and have breakfast again the next time I'm in Hanoi.

I chose the non-smoking option and the option with breakfast included. The tropical-style interior furnishings create a very nice atmosphere. The staff are all young and the service is very satisfying. You can see the owner's attitude.

I stayed in the small suite for 3 nights and the standard for 0.5 nights. Since my flight was early in the morning, I asked about late checkout and they said 100,000 VND per hour, so I checked in at the standard room for 1 night and checked out at midnight. The small suite seemed to have a smaller room, but instead had a bathroom. If you don't really need a bathtub, the standard might be better. The small suite is on the second floor and is very noisy. The terrace is small even in the standard, so it's not a big advantage. The building itself doesn't seem to be an old building, so the facilities are clean. The staff is not many, but they are friendly and quick to respond. Once I asked about the ironing service, and they lent me a steam iron. I think it's a good service. However, the location is ambiguous. However, since you have to use transportation no matter where you are, it's not a big problem. I won't mention the breakfast because I didn't try it. Overall, I would say that this hotel is a place worth recommending. However, the 2nd floor (L floor) is noisy, so we recommend that you reserve a room on the 3rd floor (the 2nd floor in terms of hotel floors) or higher. We also inform you that there are many buildings under construction in the area.
