Worst hotel in hanoi. All reviews are a scam. Never ever book here!!! The bathroom are broken

Room is very near to old Quarter train station and can walk and explore . Rooms are neat and clean . The staff are very helpful

Nice hotel, nothing special except the staff they are exceptional , located on the edge of the old quarter walking distance to all the places to visit

Staff was very friendly and helpful to give map and suggestion to places of interest around the Old Quarter. Room was okay, though we killed one baby cockroach. There is a small glass door to some kind of air well at one corner of the room. Dim light may shine in night though didn’t affect our sleep. Breakfast was okay.

Nice room and service. Quite environment. The room is neat and tidy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Their services are good and satisfied.

Greeted with great hospitality as usual from Vietnam. The location is good although a bit away from the main action part of the old quarters but love the quietness side of the hotel location. Other than the location, the area boost a lot of F&B restaurants and cafe aplenty to explore. They upgraded us to a family room, superb as it gives us the space. Breakfast provided with room booking and its delicious. Simple, plain but yet sufficient to get by. More importantly the price for their rooms is very very affordable and good. Would I come back again to this hotel? Well, if they keep their pricing the same, I will definitely come back here.

The receptionists of the hotel are very passionate and patient. They are willing to provide help in need. Also, facilities are clean.

The hotel is easy to find, just across the railway line. The breakfast tastes good and the location is pretty good. It's much better than the first day. I just don't know how to find the front desk to do laundry.

The windowless room has a patio that transmits sound and light. The breakfast is good. It is easy to find food nearby.
