Good, quiet hotel. Gave us a much inferior room than we had booked initially, but we’re happy to move us. So all good in the end

The location is quite convenient, west lake, Long Bien bus stop and several historic sites are in walking distance, There is a famous coffee shop next door also.

Double booked us, was passed around to two separate hotels. Not a great start but they upgraded us and the breakfast was nice. Hope they reevaluate their booking sector as that wasn't a pleasant start to our stay.

Room was okay. Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast was okay too, very few selection. But the Pho and sandwich they prepare for you is good. Right before we were checking out, we spotted cockroach in our room, which was a big no-no for us.

I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights, and can say in conclusion that it was a great hotel. It's a little far to walk to the center of the old town, but you can quickly get there by taxi from the hotel, and there are many restaurants and other establishments nearby, so it was very convenient. I couldn't find any information about amenities on the website, but everything I needed was provided, which was very helpful.
