Comfortable hotel and well located in the old quarter. The receptionist is very nice and funny. The room was good and clean but there was no natural light as the window was in front of a wall. I recommend for a 1-2 nights.

Good value hotel located in the old quarter, convenient for discovering the old Hanoi and close walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake. The former was not as attractive as expected while the latter was a wonderful experience with its temple and nice promenade around it. Good service hotel for a short stay.

Nice and clean , easy access to tourist attractions places. Breakfast is good and the waitress is nice person. Receptionist is very helpful. Cons: there’s kitchen noices at 6am as we stay at 7th floor / noice isolation is poor Overall, is still a recommended hotel to stay in Hanoi.

Several attractions that can be reached within a 10-minute walk: Ba Dinh Square (closed on Mondays, open from 8:00 to 10:00 from Tuesday to Sunday), Thang Long Imperial City, Military Museum, Fine Arts Museum, Imperial College (Confucian Temple) , worshiping Confucius), Ho Chi Minh Museum, Train Street (you will meet village bullies when you go there), 36 Street Night Market. ps: All museums and administrative places are closed on almost Mondays. You can also book a few-day tour or tour to neighboring cities (such as Halong Bay) through the hotel 2. Almost all hotels in the old street have lively (or noisy) streets downstairs. We stayed on the second floor and could hardly hear the noise from the street. I think the sound insulation is excellent. 3. Breakfast (6:30-9:30) does not have many varieties but is enough to eat. Rice noodles are not listed, so just ask the waiter if you want to eat them (there is chili sauce, but as a Sichuanese, it is spicy enough but not spicy). 4. The service at the front desk is very good. What we encountered was that Luky would show you the location of the attractions with a map and tell you the required walking time. When we checked out, the hotel told us that the platform would give us a lower discount next time we come back to the hotel, and they hoped that we would contact the hotel directly. 5. The location is good, close to the downtown area but relatively quiet. We cannot communicate in Chinese. The interior decoration is retro. There are glass windows but they are sealed and cannot be opened. The bed and pillow are really soft. The hygiene is OK. It is a little bit expensive, but overall it is OK!

I made a reservation on the day and they responded immediately even though I arrived within an hour. I stayed for 4 nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working in the room on the first night, and when I told them that the room was hot, they prepared a different room for me. [Service] The man at the front desk was very kind. When I asked about local tours in Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, he explained it carefully and gave me a 20% discount from the original price. In Ninh Binh, they asked me if I had a raincoat because it was forecast to rain. When I told them that I didn't have one, they gave me a special gift this time. The location is very convenient. The hotel counter and door man staff are very kind and courteous. There is a small flight of stairs at the entrance on the first floor, and the door man staff will rush up to help with luggage. There are not many choices for breakfast, but it is enough. There is an egg coffee next to the hotel, which is cheap and very delicious. Recommended for a short stay
