Excellent Stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel! Our stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel was truly wonderful. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Quarter and close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to choose from each morning. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Lilly and Evelyne, who were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. Also, big thanks to the housekeeping lady who kept our room spotless and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Location of hotel was good. You can walk to train street and lake.

Located in a great place with many walkable places and night markets. The hotel is a little dated and is in desperate need of a makeover. We only stayed for one night. The room was spacious but cold even with both heaters on. Shower had limited hot water. Would not come back to stay here again.

Fine for a night between travels. The room was spacious, the bathroom had tiny ants though, and the bed not very comfortable.

1. Located in the old city, it is very convenient to go shopping, eat and visit various attractions. 2. This time I booked a city view room. The room was large and clean, but it still had a sense of the times. Originally on the third floor, the room was relatively old and the air conditioner and refrigerator were running relatively loudly. Later, I asked to move to a higher floor. The room on the sixth floor must have been renovated later and the air-conditioned bathroom is much newer. 3. The sound insulation effect is not very good. You can hear the sound of car horns outside, and the sound of other tenants going out and cleaning in the morning. It may be better if it is not close to the road.

The girl at the front desk had a nice smile and was very polite. The door lock of the room was broken.

The location of the hotel is excellent and convenient, and the facilities are suitable for travelers. The front desk of the hotel enthusiastically explains every facility and will book tickets for tourist attractions on behalf of guests. The self-contained kitchen provides breakfast every morning, with a variety of choices. The staple food is ready to order and cooked. The overall value for money is very high. I will recommend my friends and myself to stay here again.

Very nice, comfortable and centrally located hotel, the staff were very attentive and respectful. The breakfast could be improved with more variety, but overall it was very good and I can recommend it, thank you.

When I arrived, I was told that the room was leaking and I couldn't enter the room as I was waiting. After waiting for too long, I decided to go outside to play before coming back. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we were told that there was something wrong with the room type we reserved and we couldn't check in. We were arranged to stay in a low-end room. It was already very late and there was no way to change rooms. I had no choice but to move in. Even though the price difference was refunded in the end, I still wanted to stay in my original room type. Oh, it’s quite an experience.

This is a hotel with a good location, high CP value, good service, clean room, good bed, not expensive. The breakfast is simple but delicious. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during my trip. I will still choose here next time I have the chance to go.
