The name of the hotel is luxurious, but not as luxurious as the name suggests. My mother's room had insects every day and was never clean.

Great place, helpful stuff. Breakfast was okay but could be better. They allowed me to check out a little late which was amazing. All stuff can speak English.

The hotel environment is relatively good. There are many transportation and restaurants around, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The front desk can speak English. Overall, it is good.

I arrived at this hotel yesterday, but it was closed. It seems that this hotel is only open during peak season. I went far away and found another hotel. I applied for a refund, but in this case, it is right to refund 100%. Please take action. Please check regularly so that such absurd cases do not occur.

Although not in the city center, it is very convenient to move around.

I stayed here for the first time in 2019. Now it is 2025. The room is big and clean. It is not on the roadside so it is not so noisy but it is close enough for drivers to park and wait. There is also a winmart supermarket next door for buying specialties. There are many Vietnamese people nearby and the prices are normal for Vietnamese. Very comfortable.

The hotel is about a half-hour drive from the main attractions, but it's located in a very quiet yet still beautiful area of ​​Hanoi. The hotel staff were super friendly and helped us with everything. All in all, highly recommended.
