Well located, nice view from the top of the roof. But breakfast could be better...

I have stayed in this hotel several times. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hanoi. The location is good, the service is good, the staff are polite and smiling, and the hotel is clean. It is the best choice for business management.

Very polite and helpful staff. Spacious room, good shower. But the breakfast was not very tasty. Sourish pancakes, strange tea (vegetable salad, noodles, mango and passion fruit are tasty). It is really noisy outside, there is karaoke at night. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 200,000 per day.

Clean, delicious breakfasts with a great view, convenient location. The staff helped with organizing transfers. We had a room with a view of the wall of the neighboring building, but we could hardly hear the noise from the street. Overall, I recommend it

Great location in the old quarter, Very friendly and clean. The breakfast on the rooftop is especially delicious. It's hard to find any faults. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Hanoi.

Situated in the centre, convenient, breakfast is also good, there are stops nearby to different directions of the city, the only downsides are that it can be noisy and the walls in the rooms need updating

I stayed at Hanoi Plaza twice, as Halong Bay back to Hanoi also stayed here. The room is moderately sized, clean and tidy. Finally, a special thanks to its employees, Eric, Julie and Ben, for being enthusiastic, polite and always proactive in helping. Note: Since there are many shops and eateries nearby, you will hear passers-by talking around 6 am, if you have to be very quiet to sleep, it may not be suitable.
