This hotel was okay for a couple of nights however the bed and pillows were quite hard, this made it difficult to sleep on top of the construction work next door that started at 6am which was obviously not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind. The shower did not have hot water at first so we had to wait for it to be fixed, the staff were very friendly and offered us recommendations on places to go and were very helpful.

Convenient location, private parking. The reception offers snacks. The equipment in the room is old and needs upgrading.

Very friendly and kind staff, perfectly clean and beautiful looking. Sadly, there is a party place next to it so we had the vibrations all night from 9pm. We had a room without windows where the mobile data was bad and wifi was not working. The englisch skills of the staff are not existent although the try their best with translator. There is no food in the hotel like the pictures imply, but next to it are many delicious and cheap restaurants.

I appreciated the friendly staff and staying on a higher floor. There was ample hot water and the bed was comfortable. The room had a few issues: septic smell coming from the drain that I couldn't remove by various means of spray, bleach or eucalyptus. The hair dryer didn't work. There was very loud construction going on below my room. During my last night noisy occupants slammed their doors and spoke loudly that kept me awake.

Personally, I think it's neither good nor bad, but it seems reasonable for the price. There's no problem for a normal stay. I was surprised when water started falling when I turned on the air conditioner. But it was only the first time, so I don't think it's a problem.

This hotel has set a new record for the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are so many complaints that I don't know where to start. I chose this place because the booking website showed that it would open in 2024 and the rating was above 4.5. As a result, when I arrived, I found that it was a fake. I couldn't find it by the hotel name. Later, I compared the pictures and found that the name was not the name on Ctrip at all. The actual name was Saigon Sunshine, and the rating on Google was only 3.5. The room was also completely different from the one in the photo. The first room 304 had no windows, there were cobwebs in the room, and the sheets were dirty and torn. So I asked to change rooms. I went to the fifth floor and looked at a few rooms and felt that 506 was barely livable. As a result, I found all kinds of hair and unidentified objects in the quilt. The bedding of the two rooms had not been changed. The hygiene of this hotel is self-evident. The safety of the room is worrying. There is no padlock. I turned the door lock, but the waiter could open the door and break in without knocking. The room is completely soundproof. There are all kinds of noisy voices, air conditioner outdoor unit sounds, motorcycle sounds, and huge door gaps. Someone outside opened the door and smoked and the smell of smoke drifted into the room. I took a shower in the morning for less than ten minutes and there was no hot water. The more I showered, the colder it got, although the water pressure was good. Then there are hourly rooms here, and you can hear all kinds of indescribable noises at night. I took pictures of other old facilities. If the pictures on the website look like it was opened in 2024, it actually feels like it was opened in 2004. It is definitely not a new hotel. I don’t know how this hotel passed the review and was put up there. Anyway, girls should never stay here! The aunt at the front desk was very nice and always smiling...

good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. not much hot water, well located hotel, lots of restaurants and small local shops, we had a room overlooking the metro and the street so quite a bit of noise

I liked it very much! Convenient location, comfortable rooms and excellent service. Only positive impressions remained!

The waiter speaks good English and has a special laundry service, but it's a pity that it costs money. The environment is not bad, and there is Hanoi's newest subway within 100 meters. It is convenient and fast to get in and out. I like it here very much

Everything is great. We were just scared of the cockroaches in the room. This needs to be fixed.

If it comes to Samsung, I will choose A25 next time, but its CP value is relatively high.
