Centrally Located , Near Lake , Good Service & Polite STAFF. Room Is Good. Need to Have More CHOICE for VEGETARIAN IN BREAKFAST

This hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a short walk from many of the city’s top tourist spots—perfect if you’re up for exploring on foot. The room was comfortable and clean, though the sockets were a bit loose and we could’ve used a few more. The free breakfast was heavy and delicious, a great way to start the day. There’s a massage place right downstairs, which was super convenient after all the walking. We gave it a try and had our first experience with a male masseur—it was definitely interesting and something new for us! Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made our stay special. Definitely a great place to stay in Hanoi!

The hotel is very good the room is very large and has all you need Internet is good Location is good 5 mins walk from the lake and centre Breakfast is acceptable Only entrance is horrible and not good for breakfast But the value of money is excellent

The most terrible hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life, aircon was not working well and had to sleep as if i was in a sauna the whole night. Unhelpful employees and were not able to accommodate whatever you asked for. Breakfast was not up on time. Filthy room, worst of worst!

Location - best as it is neat night market and restaurants Bed- not as comfy, the sheets are old and itchy Service- Best, they are helpful and attentive I think this is the only good thing Breakfast - very few options Place is hot and a little bit unhygienic, shower water has smell so must let it flow for a minute

The hotel is located in the very center of Hanoi. The hotel is relatively old and the room hygiene is average. As the hotel is relatively old, the room smells quite strong. The breakfast is relatively simple, the room rate is relatively cheap, and the hotel service is warm, thoughtful and polite.

The hotel is located in the old town, the main attractions are easily reached on foot. The hotel staff is very friendly. But the hotel itself is old - furniture, equipment, plumbing. It is OK to spend the night for a few days, but it is not suitable for a long period. There is 1 room on the 7th floor, but it is next to the kitchen and the cooks start preparing breakfast very early, you can hear everything. The breakfast is normal, you will not go hungry. Next to the hotel (1 minute walk), there is a restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine.

It is located in a back alley of Hanoi Hoan Kiem tourist street and it is good because it provides a simple breakfast. However, the breakfast place is small so I recommend eating early. The staff is very friendly.

The facilities are relatively old, but the price is relatively cheap and close to the old city. The service staff are also very attentive.
