room comfort overall, location good.

Check in was only available after 3pm, with no early check in when the hotel doesn’t seem full. I used the laundry bag in the hotel room, and brought it with me in the luggage as the clothes were dirty. but I found out those laundry bags were chargeable after check out with the bag being quite expensive with Vietnam standard, which is quite surprising.

It was clean. The staff spoke good Korean.

The hotel is very recent, amenities are excellent, the gym and pool were very good. You have direct access to the mall but you are a bit far from the old quarter

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I enjoyed the solitude and how helpful and friendly the staffs were. They also offered assistance when I needed. I wished I could have spent a longer time to enjoy the hotel and all services they provide. Very conveniently located next to a mall too.

There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space.. the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated. It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

It's a bit pricey, but the setting is pleasant, and it's conveniently located near West Lake.

Very new hotel with good location, convenience for work, no traffic jam. Clean, good breakfast … will definitely stay again Next time

Hotel was amazing!! Team did a phenomenal job!  Room was top notch and very luxurious!  Jose from Concierge, Naomi and William from the Level 6 Club Lounge and the GM Helena all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful!!  Will defintely be back and highly recommend L7!!

Beautiful new hotel with a heated pool on the roof that was just fantastic even if the February weather wasn't at it's best. The staff were the real gem here, they were fantastic and the hotel itself is excellent quality.
