Lovely staff, nice breakfast and great location. Room was a bit small and the bathroom needed upgrading

we(myself and my friend)have stayed 2 days in that hotel. Morning we went out for Halong bay trip. When we returned, my room was not cleaned and no towels & others weren't replaced. When we asked the reception, they claimed that we kept "don't disturb" tag on outside of the door. First of all those tags were not provided for us, then how we can keep that outside. To settle that issue we have asked to clean, they claimed that the cleaner already left, just provided the soap, towels & etc.. only. Morning breakfast also not so good, menu also limited. But, location wise the hotel is located in good place. All the places(Night market, beer street) are in walkable distance.

Hotel is in a very good location. Close to heaps of nice restaurants and short rides to tourist attraction. Breakfast was not too varied but decent to start the day. However, the staff’s professionalism was not as expected and seems like they can benefit more from extra training to handle guests’ requests better. A great set back,which is a pity.

It looks great, the sanitary and clean equipment is in good condition, and the waiters have very good attitudes. There is a buffet on the 12th floor.

The overall is not bad, and it is also close to several tourist attractions.

I booked a good room, but the front desk gave me a bad room. There was **** in the toilet. It was dirty and messy.

Location, location, location! Quenny & Magnus checked me in & even provided a complementary room upgrade. Quenny again greeted me with her warm sincere smile and gracious help the following morning & Joyce welcomed me back that evening as if I was an old family friend, giving me a complete description of the weekend’s special events). Without exception, Minasi Premium Hotel (I can’t speak to the hotels’ other lodgings) offered incredible value, hospitality and special personal touches that made me feel very welcome. Delicious buffet breakfast spread was included, where I could eat at my leisure while enjoying an incredible view. Room was simple and attractive and pillows/bed were very comfortable. Great hot water & water pressure. Every request/inquiry was promptly addressed, and if infectiously happy & helpful staff is an indicator of a hotel’s success, I would say Minasi is as good as it gets (I’m staying in another ‘fancier’ lodging tomorrow, but wish the group I’m meeting would instead consider Minasi Premium.

Location is near Old Q, close to action yet minus the noise, Room was tiptop. Breakfast more than enough. Their secret sauce is their many English speaking staff - Matt, Joyce, Daisy, Queenie, Zacob and others - always eager to help and with a smile. Zacob esp was very respectful and generous, we know he will go far. Trustworthy arrangements for pickups and drops from/to airport. Practical suggestions from them, in moving around. Protective care during the typhoon. Would we stay again? Yes!!

Had Good time at Minasi Premium. Hanoi. Great Hospitality, Fast room service when required , Good Ambience. Good Food. And specially Best smile and co operation by receptionist Quenny Maam and Kien Bro. Friendly and Great support during stay. Thanks a lot.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, central location, I will come back here and recommend to my friends, I arrived early but was assisted with free early check-in, the receptionist also helped me book tours at cheap prices, i was quite impressed by their service, looking forward to coming back here again soon

Friendly staff and helpful , they give me some options for dinner when I don’t know what should I try ; room is cozy with city view ; I have breakfast with omelette eggs, bread, hot dishes, homemade yogurt is perfect…; they also have spa service nearby ; I’ll come back next time.

Lots of disparities in the quality of the rooms. We were in a group and there were problems in several rooms (hot water, heating...) Mine was above reception... extremely noisy with slamming doors and discussions... I reported and the 2nd night was better...thanks. No window with curtain, just a small bathroom window with blind... The joints in the bathroom were black, I reported it and they told me it wasn't dirty?! Friendly staff however, satisfactory location with good restaurant nearby. Breakfast room with a view but very simple buffet.
