Our hotel is located in the East Railway Station business district, close to the East City Landscape Municipal Park. The environment is quiet and the guest rooms are all on the top floor. You need a valid room card to enter, and there are 24-hour security patrols to ensure the safety of all guests. We are deeply sorry for the lack of room lighting and abnormal bathroom lighting. This is obviously an oversight in facility maintenance. We have immediately arranged for engineering personnel to conduct a comprehensive investigation and maintenance to ensure that the lighting facilities in all guest rooms can operate normally and provide basic guarantees for your stay experience. And if necessary, we can deliver additional light sources to the guest rooms. Your comfort is our top concern. We are deeply shocked and disturbed by the mistake in changing the water. We immediately contacted the room staff on that day to understand that we have equipped 4 bottles of drinking water in each room. We cleaned your room on that day and did not take away the unused mineral water after replenishing enough water for you. When we called you to apologize today, we also got your confirmation. However, there are omissions in our service process. We will strengthen service training in the future to ensure that such incidents will not happen again. As for the situation that the toilet has no door, this is a design feature replaced by a door curtain. We hope to get your understanding and forgiveness.
