Room was relatively small and old. The hotel provides central air-conditioning, but at 27 deg celcius at night, it was too warm for my liking. Daytime was set at 21 deg celcius which was too cold.

Location is not far from metro station. Hotel and rooms are bit old, rooms are smelly, toilets are not clean as i expected

Old, sloppy, bad attitude.

The stay is not pleasant which I seldom came across in these ten years. Firstly, it’s bcos I a careful in selecting hotel. Secondly, I trust the rating in booking site. Thirdly, hotels are more careful in handling client, amenities/ facilities to ensure it’s functioning well. However, I encountered problems with shower, heater, TV, no soap (hand washing) refilling in the toilet & not cleaning the glasses after drinking but replacing other items.

Very close to Mixc, lots of food, drinks and entertainment, the room is large, there is a bathtub for bathing, the corridor is also large, and it is quite quiet

I booked a room to entertain clients, so I went to see the room in advance. The front desk told me there was a bigger room type. This room is perfect for entertaining clients and negotiating. The price difference is only 30 yuan, but it is really much bigger. There is a sofa and coffee table, and tea sets can be sent to the room for drinking tea. It is perfect!

It's a good hotel for traveling. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a lot of space and a big bathroom. You can take a bath. The subway entrance is on the underground first floor of the mall, very close. There are many good food and fun things. I hope you will continue to work hard and come again next time [applause]

I stayed here once before and it was OK. I don't know if it was bad luck or the hotel management that made me very dissatisfied this time. I booked a deluxe king-size bed room. The shower water was lukewarm. I was soaked and called the front desk. They told me that there might not be enough hot water and I had to boil it again. I was so cold that I didn't want to wait, so I took a 10-degree hot shower. I don't know if it's a cold shower or a hot shower. I found out that the sound insulation was too poor when I went to bed. I could hear the sound of people drinking and chatting in the food stalls downstairs clearly. I didn't go to bed until 4 a.m. The next morning, I asked to change to the room opposite, but they said that the rooms opposite were all super king-size beds and I had to pay extra. I paid 20 yuan to change there. Because of the noise last night, I only slept for less than 4 hours. I came back from work at 9 o'clock in the evening and just wanted to rest early. As a result, it was still very hot after the air conditioner was turned on for half an hour. I called the front desk and asked them to ask someone to come and have a look. After coming, they said that there was air conditioning. The solution was to bring me a fan and then asked me to wait for another half an hour. If there was still a problem, they could arrange to change rooms. I was almost dying of sleep and I had to wait. In the meantime, they told me that there must be a problem. The indoor temperature showed 25 degrees before, and now it shows 26. Finally, other people reported that the air conditioner was not cooling. The hotel found that there was a problem with the air conditioner circuit and asked someone to repair it. Then they called me and said that it had been repaired and asked me to wait a little longer. They said they would open the next room at the same time. Which one cools down faster? This can actually be solved. After more than 20 minutes, the room was slightly cooler, but the indoor temperature still showed 25 degrees. I called the front desk and said that there was still a problem with my room and the indoor temperature was still 25 degrees. The front desk lied and said that the indoor temperature would not change and it kept showing 25 degrees. The indoor temperature of my room yesterday was 20 degrees, and it just changed to 26. They really never thought that there was anything wrong with their room and could say any nonsense. Finally, they arranged for someone to come and ask me to go to the next room to experience whether it was cooler. In the end, I was moved to the next room. In the end, I didn’t go to bed until 11 o’clock in the evening. The whole experience was terrible!!!

It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Baigelong Station! There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and you can eat downstairs in the hotel no matter day or late at night! The surrounding facilities nearby are very good! But the hotel is so so! There is a school across the street, and the highest floor of the hotel is only the 5th floor! It’s okay if you leave early or stay on Saturdays and Sundays, but if you get up after 07:30 in the morning from Monday to Friday, it’s not recommended! It’s very noisy because the hotel windows are not soundproof! The air conditioner in the room is colder than the refrigerator, but the cleaning is OK!

The room was large, with a bathtub and bath powder, but the water was not hot enough. It was 25 degrees outside that day, and I felt cold even when I took a shower.

Clean, quiet and ok.

The location is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is large and has enough light. You can also take a bath. Adults and children like it. There are different restaurants as soon as you leave the hotel and there are many choices.
