On the app, it showed that the check-in time is 2PM but they insisted 3PM is the check-in time during winter. The staff talked rudely and did not agree to what was showing on the app but I think they are responsible for updating all accurate info on the hotel booking app. The elevators are so small that can only fit in 3-4 people so it took a bit of time to wait for it. The shower area is very slippery too. Not Recommended to stay.

Don't consider going to this hotel. The staff are rude and terrible experience and service. Try the other hotels
