We had a wonderful stay at Ratilanna from January 10-13. Our experience was made even more special with a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of grandeur to our stay. The food at the restaurant was delightful and we particularly loved the extensive breakfast spread. Our only suggestion would be to include a few more vegetarian options on the menu. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing experience!

This is a lovely hotel! The room was decent, I really loved the bathroom. The decor and room in general is a little dark but over a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic! So much variety and the location of the restaurant is on the river, so beautiful. I was most impressed with the hotel building itself, very stylish and the pool was a bonus!

Beautiful hotel with lovely traditional Thai architecture and decor. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done with attractive design. The breakfast had a large variety of Thai and western style dishes. The gym is great, and the pool is lovely and looks like a spa resort. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about Ratilana

I have stayed in this hotel several times.I like the lanna style decorations.this time,I enjoyed the spa. The hotel has maintained their standard。the only thing was not convenient in the spa is the shower room hasn’t the hooks hanging the towel and clothes.So I should ask the lady to pass them for me .this is the small thing.but I believe it’s can be better. My husband and I enjoyed the dinner very much.fair price and good service. Thank you Thank you

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all solid wood decoration and furniture. The hotel is small but clean and exquisite everywhere. There is even a small Buddhist hall for guests to meditate and worship Buddha. The breakfast is rich and exquisite, very online.

The location is a bit remote from the ancient city, but it's fairly convenient to get to and from the airport. The room is spacious, but there is obvious garbage in the bathroom that has not been cleaned (used map leaflet) The service of the front desk staff was average.
