Really great customer service, we were going to a Ha Long Bay cruise and the staff made sure the shuttle picked us up. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were very kind and the location of the hotel is very good. Circle K, Pho the Chuyen, Banh Mi 25, and Bun Cha Dak Kim are nearby. If I come to Hanoi next time, I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice cozy hotel located on a lively street. The service was good. The room was nice and pretty clean, though the toilet bowl’s room had some dust on it.  The biggest problem I discovered it was the nose in water pipes, it was so loud that even air plugs didn’t help me in the morning. Sound isolation to other rooms and to the hall was also very poor, so it was difficult to sleep.

Nice staff and good location

The hotel urgently needs renovation. The shower head holder in our bathroom was broken and was only repaired on the third day. Pillows were full of stains. Otherwise the staff was very nice

It's a little bit far from Hoan Kiam, but it's walkable and the staff are friendly. It was nice that each room had a balcony. However, it's better not to expect a breakfast buffet.

The location is great, it's easy to get to, there are convenience stores nearby, and plenty of places to eat. The staff can speak English, they are all very kind, and it was a great hotel.

It's a B&B, but in the old town, dining is very convenient!

The main reason is that there are not many hotels in the old city that meet the standards of ordinary hotels. The hot water and breakfast alone filter out a lot of them. We changed from a hotel and are satisfied with the slight improvement.

The restaurant on the top floor has a nice view, but the chairs are dusty and the towels smell strongly of smoke.
