Es gab erhebliche Probleme mit der Abrechnung, statt des vorab vernbahrten Preises wurde mehr als der anderthalbfache berechnet, das Rezeptionspersonal war mit der Erstellung der Rechnung mehr als überfordert. Es wird keine Betrugsabsicht unterstellt, aber der gesamt Vorgang wirkte abnsolut unprofessionell. Schade, weil das Hotel ansonsten keinen schlechten Eindruck hinterließ-

In dieses Hotel fahren wir gerne nochmals: obwohl es an einer belebten Straße liegt, waren die Zimmer im Anbau( wo wir wohnten) sehr ruhig, da die Fenster in einen großen grünen Innenhof gingen. Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte, der Zimmerservice hinterließ ein pickobello sauberes Zimmer mit frischen Handtüchern. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich bestückt und wurde von dem sehr aufmerksamen , freundlichen Personal sogleich aufgefüllt ( nur Naturjoghurt suchten wir vergeblich). Vor allem der "Frühstückschef" sorgte für diese nette Atmosphäre, da er immer wieder Zeit fand, um ein freundliches Wort mit den Gästen zu wechseln. Gut gefallen hat uns der großzügige Empfangsbereich mit der abendlichen Bar. Auch von anderen Gästen wurde dies abends sehr genutzt, so dass die Barkellner ins "Flitzen kamen", um die Bestellungen zu erfüllen.

Als Freund der Be Motel one Hotels war die Wahl für ein Hotel in Hannover einfach. Und es ist schön, nicht enttäuscht zu werden. Das Hotel punktet mit perfekten Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und zentral zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt es ideal. Die Zimmer entsprechen allen Erwartungen. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich immer wieder die erste Wahl.
