這是我旅途中住過最差的酒店，服務非常糟糕，首先是下車拿行李時酒店保安態度奇差，一個老白男，幾乎在指着我們罵；前台的亞裔姐姐態度不錯，但她的工作能力真是不敢恭維，她收錯了城市税幾天後發郵件追着要，因為能不能通過攜程平台付款的問題，花了非常多的時間郵件來回拉扯（不然難道要我點進她發的陌生網址輸銀行密碼嗎）

所住的樓層新裝修過，硬件較新，還略微有點氣味。早餐比較簡單，都是各種冷的德式香腸，衹有煎蛋攤位能滿足中國人的熱食胃。酒店就在馬斯湖旁邊，風景宜人。
