We booked 5 rooms this time for a family trip. A total of 12 people from 5 families, young and old, stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. It is rare that the whole family praised this hotel so much. Hygiene is our first priority. We are very satisfied with the hotel. There is nothing to criticize about every location. Most of the 12 people in my family love cleanliness and have a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder about hygiene 🤣, so you can rest assured to stay here. I highly recommend it. Service: All the staff are very warm and friendly, and they are very proactive in caring. Even the chef who fries eggs in the restaurant in the morning is very enthusiastic. I am really satisfied. When I see the housekeeper busy cleaning in the morning, he will greet me and say good morning. When my family was checking the room, they found that there was a problem with the air conditioner in one of the rooms. Service manager Cao Huanglian immediately helped me to solve it. By the evening, the air conditioner still did not work, so she immediately asked someone to check it, and finally the problem was quickly solved. The point is not her way of handling things, but her proactive and caring attitude, which makes everyone feel friendly. As a traveler, encountering a hotel with good service really adds a wonderful memory to this trip. I give her a special thumbs up...I hope she can keep it up.

This stay was simply amazing! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the attentive service - the front desk staff smiled kindly and patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the details were all there. The breakfast was rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food available, and the freshly made omelettes and pastries were super appetizing. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and travel is very worry-free. Whether it is a business trip or a holiday, I strongly recommend this treasure hotel!
