The hotel location is excellent. Near Xihu and xixi area. The food is nice and they updated the menu daily. Staff are friendly and nice.

Nice hotel, good size for up to 2 travelers. The room was very comfortable, and the design was very smart, it didn’t make it feel like a small room, it was actually very spacious. The room also smelled great and fresh. Would definitely stay here again!

The environment is amazing. Hangzhou's urban greening is truly remarkable, with lush greenery everywhere, even near the residential complex. Although the complex is undergoing renovations recently, it's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, providing a good night's sleep. The facilities are very new, no electricity card required, and the power switch responds quickly, unlike older Marriott hotels, which often experience significant power delays. Overall, the smart controls are convenient, and the Fairfield Inn's seersucker bedding is comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The service is heartwarming, and the front desk staff is quick to respond, responsive, and helpful. The cleanliness and sanitation are excellent, the room is tidy and odorless, and the bathroom is bright. It's a reassuring experience, and the quality of Marriott Fairfield Inn is excellent.

The location is good, 8km from West Lake. There's a nearby market, plenty of restaurants, and convenient parking. Breakfast was plentiful. Suggestions and improvements: The pillows should be adjusted; the two provided were too high and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom should be restocked with conditioner. The first-floor bathroom should be restored to service. The public sink on the first floor and the laundry room on the fifth floor should be restocked with hand sanitizer.

The most comfortable hotel I stayed in during the entire trip. I took my children to visit West Lake during the holidays. It was very close to my favorite hotel. The hotel is very new. After watching the Impression of West Lake at night, it was much more convenient than hotels that require walking distance to West Lake. It is also cost-effective. The service of the Chongqing lady who checked in at the front desk was also very good. The breakfast was also delicious. The overall style is simple and elegant.
