I love the location, near metro and Xihu lake. The breakfast line is fantastic.

The location is very convenient, the service is excellent, and the room is very clean!!

Is near to train station. Walk distance. However, the room is relatively small as well as the bed is small. This room type we book is also no window. But the counter arrange us a room with a small window. But the location is great as is very near to 西湖.

Great location. The city is amazing but you can kind of hear the traffic outside when you sleep

All is good, nice staff but I have to walk 1/2 stairs to my room quite diff with large luggages and no fridge in room.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! From the lobby, turn right, turn left then turn right. Walk past a KFC and a bakery, go in, there's a cheap canteen type restaurant. Excellent hot food there.

Ideal location right at the shopping street and also near to west lake. Hotel staff is very attentive and helped us to carry our luggages to room. Pick up and drop off could be a little difficult especially at night when they closed the road to hotel. Hotel has 2 entrances, one in a small alley, another one facing the main road but you will have to climb some stairs and take lift to reach the lobby. Certain hotel rooms may not be accessible by lift, you will still need to climb some stairs.

The hotel is in a city you can shopping the lake behind the hotel and so many restaurants around vary convenient. The room might be little more but overall love it . 

Walking distance to West Lake and YinTai

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is undoubtedly one of its strongest assets, as it is strategically situated near the picturesque West Lake. This made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area, which was a major highlight of our trip. However, I must mention that the room we stayed in was somewhat smaller than anticipated. While it was clean and well-maintained, the limited space did make it feel a bit cramped, especially for longer stays or when traveling with more luggage. On a positive note, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Despite some language barriers that made communication a bit challenging, they went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay, which we greatly appreciated. In conclusion, while the room size was a slight drawback, the hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by the staff more than made up for it. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize convenience and excellent service, especially those looking to explore the beautiful West Lake area.
