I had a wonderful stay here! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city super easy. There are plenty of great eating spots nearby, from quick bites to cozy cafes and restaurants. I also loved that most major attractions weren't too far away. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Pretty new unit, clean and with good daylight. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the Hangzhou East Station, which is also connected to the subway station. There are many dining options available within walks from the apartment building. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Apartment is near HangZhou East railway and a metro. It is link direct to mall which connect to Metro. Nearby got a lot of food eateries. Can’t go hungry. Walking distance to Hypermarket. Convenient store is just opposite the block 8 which I stay. This area quite central which I can get to the places of interest in 1/2 hour. Room is nice. High ceiling. Bed and TV on loft. I got a room with dinning table and a couch. Comfortable when back from sightseeing. Heater, towel and amenities all provided. Have washing machine but without dryer. If to have microwave. Then will be perfect.

If you're traveling from Hangzhou East Station, the location is fantastic; you can walk there in no time. As for the room, the design is really cool, but it's quite run-down, which is a shame, especially the bathroom. Personally, I think it's essential that it's clean, and it wasn't. The towels smelled a bit like tobacco. Luckily, we only stayed one night. I should also mention that we had a little trouble finding the location. You have to contact them via WeChat to check in independently, and it was a bit confusing in our case because there are several identical buildings in the area, and we needed help at another one to get in touch. TripAdvisor told me to call only, and we didn't have a phone line. Perhaps we were a bit inexperienced, but I think it could be made clearer here on the app.

It is very convenient to the East Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Hangzhou East Station. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a wide selection of barbecue and Thai food. The quilt is soft and comfortable, there are plenty of paper towels, and there is also a refrigerator and washing machine, which is very convenient. The room is also cleaned very well. I will continue to patronize it next time I come.

The transportation is convenient, but the sanitation is terrible. The sink is yellowed everywhere, and there are blood stains on the seats. There is no clean place.

The modern and simple loft experience is great! The upper and lower floors are clearly divided, and the sense of space is full. The high-ceiling design is not oppressive, and the stairs upstairs are very stylish, suitable for young people or couples to stay.
