Great location, only 100 m from MRT station and surrounded by lots of restaurants and mini market, hotel bit old but room is clean and bed is comfy, AC working well...room bit small for 3 beds and only got 1 bathroom to share, hot water working properly and reception and staffs are great and helpful...recommended

The hotel was good. The elevator takes forever, but the room is quite nice. The bed was comfortable and big, I think the smell of the towels can be improved. But overall is a nice stay.

The beds were clean, toiletries missing out here and there throughout the stays. Changed 3 hair dryers throughout 4 nights as the first one was spoilt, 2nd one burnt out after using once lol. The cup in room was stained by previous users, closed a blind eye, washed it and realise the side mirror had fingerprints lol... plus plus, didn't get to sleep well when the light was shining in from beneath the curtains, the toilet light was not able to off. l'd say....6/10 for cleaniness. Oh they didn't clean the toilet throughout our 5d4n stays only topped up toiletries missing out here and there and taking out trashes. Even towels they can forget.

A bit disappointed, a bit out of town and not so clean.

Reception is not good, they gave us a room with a broken shower head holder, the shower head dropped off all the time. They already aware of the problem but still didn't fix it before letting us in. We should get a welcome gift according to the booking invoice but didn't get any, not even bother to ask. Found an opening cotton pad when we checked in (as in photo)

The hotel is great! Location: 300m from Exit C of Pingshui Street on Line 5. After getting familiar with it, the subway station is just over 100 meters away from the back door. It's so convenient! Environment: Because it's a family trip, we booked a loft room with two large beds upstairs and downstairs. The facilities and decoration are good. There is a laundry room. I didn't use other gyms. Overall, it is complete and satisfactory! Service: The quality of the slippers and toothbrushes provided is above average. In short, the price-performance ratio is first-class, and it will definitely be the first choice when I come to Hangzhou next time.

I choose this hotel as always, and it is upgraded as always. The front desk service is super nice, the room is large and clean, and I will choose here next time. The sofa on the windowsill is very comfortable, and the 2.6-meter big bed is comfortable hahaha!

There is a 1.8-meter bed upstairs and a 1.5-meter tatami downstairs. The layered rest is very reasonable. The biggest advantage: the room is very quiet! My parents didn't hear any noise all night and rested well. Three practical experiences for reference: 1️⃣ About breakfast: The room is a triple room configuration, but only two breakfasts are included by default. We spent another 38 yuan to buy an extra one. It is recommended that the hotel consider matching three triple rooms. 2️⃣ About the bathroom: The shower room and toilet are separated, which is good. But the glass doors of the two areas are transparent, which will be inconvenient for family members to use at the same time. If it can be made into frosted glass, it will be more humane. 3️⃣ About the location: There are many specialty restaurants around the hotel, and it is very convenient to eat! Overall, it is suitable for family stay (especially if you value quietness), and there are small details in the hardware that can be optimized.
