Perfect location to have a getaway, with close proximity to nice malls and supper spots. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay in!

The location of the hotel was pretty good; near the xi hu lake and there is also a mart around the hotel.

We had a great stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is excellent with a mall right next door as well as a convenient store. There also is a coffee shop next to the front desk which sells great coffee drinks (oat and soy milk choices available). Breakfast has a good selection of foods and they have a proper coffee machine. Mostly Chinese food though. Walkable to West Lake and Hefang Street. Free use of their washing and drying machines.  I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Good location, walking distance to West Lake and there is a good selection of shops and a mall behind the hotel. It is a couple of minutes' walk from the metro station BUT you will need to use an underpass that has no escalators or elevators so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. The aircon in the room is pretty weak however

Quite a lot of dust in the room. I had to ask the maid twice to clean it because she had neglected to. The room had no opening to the outside, no minibar or refrigerator, and the hotel doesn't have many facilities. The area is still wonderful, but the price is quite high for what it offers.

Though we had arrived late near to 1am, the reception had settled our 3 twin-bed rooms quickly. Great thanks to the hotel frontdesk young man for assigning our rooms together at Level 3 next to one another. All our rooms were clean & spacious, with 2 units of comfortable super-single 1.2m wide beds. There's an external daytrip organiser whom we'd booked a private MPV service for our 6pax to go round the whole Xihu Park for sightseeing, which last for about 5hrs at a price of CNY300. Btw, our hotel was quite near to Xihu Park within 15min walk, as well as 2 shopping malls which were easily accessible within 5min walk, thus making our shopping easy and we even enjoyed the famous steamboat restaurant HaiDiLao at one of these mall. Generally, the location is good. We will consider this hotel again for our future return trip.

Walking distance to West Lake and shopping malls. Family rooms are small compared with similar class hotels.
