The room was so clean and warm. The breakfast was amazing, there were so many things to choose from. The location of the hotel is super convenient, about 10 mins walk to the metro station which directly goes to the city centre.

It was my third stay in this hotel, superb experience. Avy and Angela can speak English, both are very friendly & helpful. Very neat & clean rooms, welcoming, helpful & very cooperative staff and homely environment. I would love be here whenever I am in Hangzhou. Thanks for everything!

A very satisfying stay. The room is the same as the picture. I especially like the lounge area where you can sit and drink tea and watch TV series. 500 meters away is Metro Line 1. The service is very good and responsive to customer requests. A family of three stayed here and they gave us a breakfast. The breakfast was rich and I will recommend it to my friends and will stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!
