The room is spacious but they are quite old, we booked the room at 7-8 floor but the receptionist mistakenly gave us the room on the 19th floor which is smoking room with torn wallpaper. We complained and the staff help us to move to the correct room. The room on 7-8 floor are much better.

Everything is good. Easily highly recommended if you are in Hangzhou. It is an old hotel but well maintained. Location is strategic, also closed to subway metro station (opposite the main road). Room is spacious and clean, hot water for shower works, AC works. I didn’t include breakfast so can not comment on the menu. Overall, I enjoyed my stayed in Redstar Culture Hotel and definitely will book again when visiting Hangzhou.

I was on a business trip and it was a good combination for traveling. The hotel was very close to the company I was traveling for, so I chose it. There is a popular check-in spot, Wuliuxiang Historical District, next to the hotel, and there is also the most beautiful water bus. It's great to watch the time and play along the canal.
