Fantastic location at the lake with a lot of green around. Unfortunately no lively bars or restaurants in the hotel for in the evening. Breakfast is great.

Overall good hotel, although it’s starting to show its age. The pool area and locker rooms needs to be updated so is the carpet. The room are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

We stay here quite often mainly because of the excellent location on Qingshanhu. The room standard (Superior) is good - spacious, comfortable, nice view (floor 5). However, it was disappointing that the dinner buffet was closed. The hotel Chinese restaurant was good. Bar service was poor.

Stayed for two days, in Building A on the first day and Building B on the second day. Building A has newer facilities, Building B is older, and the hotel has beautiful scenery. The buffet breakfast is also very rich and the dining environment is comfortable. The surrounding water forest scenery is great, Lin'an is a beautiful place worth visiting many times.

We drove to Qingshan Lake in the late Golden Week of May and stayed at Zhongdu Qingshan Lakeside Hotel. It felt great! Thank you to Miss Jiang at the front desk for upgrading our room to a high floor so that we could have a good rest! Thank you for the beautiful interior and exterior environment of the hotel, which brought us a pleasant and relaxing experience during our vacation! This is my second time staying here. Two years ago, I chose to stay here again because of the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains. The hotel environment is excellent, and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. After communicating with the front desk, we were given an extra free breakfast, and a better room was arranged within the feasible range, which is worth a thumbs up. Because there were not many people and it was very quiet last time, Qingshan Lake was just right during the May Day holiday when other major attractions were crowded, especially there were almost no people around the hotel, the air was particularly fresh, and it was very pleasant to take a walk in the morning and evening, and the scenery was picturesque. I will come to this treasure resort again next time I have the opportunity

The front desk is efficient in checking in, the service is enthusiastic, and the extra bed for the baby is free. It answers all questions from guests, which is a thumbs up! The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote. It usually takes about an hour to express some food and daily necessities. In addition, the equipment in the billiard room is old and damaged. It is recommended to replace it with new ones to give guests a better experience. In addition, if the room is large enough, adding some new equipment, such as a coffee machine, digital audio, spinning bike or massage chair, will attract more customers to choose.

The hotel is an old five-star hotel. Although it has been partially renovated, it is still a bit old. When lying on the bed, you can hear the TV next door and the voices in the corridor. There are also problems with many internal facilities. Either the plug is out of power or the switch light is not on. I should check it more often. The most unsatisfactory thing is the toilet (too low to flush the toilet) and the shower room (the water volume is very large and urgent, but the nozzle is very small and the fixture is very low). I also found that the bathtub is plastic. It's the first time I've seen it. The breakfast variety is single and the taste and quality are average. The package I took did not actively send the included coupons, although I couldn't use them.

Stayed during the May Day holiday. Qingshan Lake in Lin'an is a small scenic spot. Of course, there are many tourists during holidays. The hotel is old and belongs to the old five-star hotel. It is still very impressive. The location is excellent. It has the best view of Qingshan Lake. The garden leads directly to the greenway. There are swimming pools, recreational facilities and everything else. The buffet breakfast is very satisfactory. There are all kinds of food. There are many people but not busy. It takes ten minutes to drive to the gathering place of farmhouses. The taste and service are good. You can rent a bicycle here at the gathering place of farmhouses. It costs 69 for a whole day. The Qingshan Lake Greenway is very beautiful. Except for some people in the forest park, the rest is very quiet. Running in the morning and riding in the evening are great. It takes about fifteen minutes to drive to the city center. Lin'an Museum and Wuyue Cultural Park are worth visiting.

The natural environment of the hotel is great, especially the lake view room, which makes people feel comfortable. Although the hotel facilities are old, they are well maintained and the hygiene is also OK. There are not many places to eat around, so I chose to eat in the hotel. The price is of course more expensive than outside, but the taste is still good. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. Overall satisfied.

This is a hotel I wanted to check in at for a long time. Although it has been open for a long time, it is well maintained. The rooms all have a full lake view, 360 degrees without blind spots. The front desk upgraded our room to a balcony with green trees outside. The room facilities are not new, but clean. The bathroom sink is a bit old. The Qingshan Lake Greenway is right outside the hotel's back garden, and the Rainbow Bridge is within easy reach. I came to Qingshan Lake two years ago. This lake is not noisy or ostentatious, and the surrounding vegetation is lush, so you can avoid the crowds during holidays.
